Josh called to announce his arrival time and showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem and advised against costly repair. At our request he arranged the same day for a quote on a new system. This was done by John who also gets a 10 out of 10. Both were very professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Both very patient with all our questions.

Milton and Omar installed a new furnace, humidifier and air cleaners in my home earlier today. They were both extremely pleasant, efficient and thorough. All the debris was taken away and the cleanup job was nothing short of remarkable.

Jordan cleaned all the ductwork after the furnace installation. Like Milton and Omar, Jordan was very pleasant to deal with. He was efficient and did a great clean-up after.

I would not hesitate to recommend Roy Inch & Sons as well as Jordan, Omar and Milton!

Jeremy and Barry did an excellent job installing our new furnace, a/c and water heater. The job was done in a timely manner. They arrived on time and kept the work area very clean. They were very professional and respectful of our property and family.

On time, very friendly, Said Omar and MIlton Portillo we a pleasure to have in our home! A two-day job as they also had to run gas line. Definitely not the best working conditions...it rained both days, plus we live in a modular home, which meant working in a crawl space where you either went in on your back or belly...no room to roll and change position! Major kudos to both these gentlemen! And a huge thank you! Also a big thank you to Audrey Winters for organizing this adventure!

Booked appointment to have air conditioning repaired. Technician ( Corey ) showed up right on schedule. After discussing the problem and then quickly troubleshooting and repairing the issue, the unit is now running fine.

Our air conditioner had gone on the fritz at the hottest time of the year. We were afraid we'd need a new one. Josh serviced our machine with promptness and efficiency. Polite and knowledgeable individual.

Josh & Jesse were exceptional. They took the time to check everything, and then thoroughly review what they found with us. They also took the time to set up an appt. in the fall for our humidifier, and next year for our air conditioner. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roy Inch & Sons to anyone.

I called the service number and got the after hours number. I explained my situation that the pilot light on the water heater was not staying lit and asked for them to send someone to take a look. They could not get out to repair the issue until the next day in the afternoon, leaving us two days without hot water. I took some time off work to come home to meet the technician, only to find that the technician was a plumber and did not have a gas ticket so could not do the repair - extremely frustrating when it was clearly explained on the phone that the issue was with the hot water heater/pilot light (i.e. GAS!). Clearly you need to provide better training to those answering the phones and booking service so they are aware of what type of technician to send!

They could not reschedule or send the proper technician to deal with the problem that day and would not be able to get out until the following evening, leaving over 3 days without hot water...due to their own careless error.

We initially approached Roy Inch as they had originally installed the system of the home we just purchased so we figured they would know the system best. We were also going to sign up for the yearly service program at some point but will now seek another company as this is leaving a sour taste. We will not be dealing with them for any further services or maintenance - terrible service and incompetent after hours service call center.

I was very pleased with the service that Jeff provided today. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful. He made some great recommendations to help improve our efficiency and safety. Overall I don't think the service could have been better!
