Annual furnace maintenance, subsequent installation of new heat exchanger
During annual service call Andrew discovered a problem with heat exchanger, The part was ordered and he returned to install and complete the maintenance when it was available. He was very thorough in the work, explained what he was doing and why, and answered all questions very knowledgeably. He cleaned up the area when he was finished. He was very polite and courteous. I was pleased with the service.
