Sherwin and his work mate arrived within the time frame indicated to remove a bird's nest from dryer (side vent) and install an animal screen protector over the vent. I was happy with their work and would recommend them to others with similar issues.

One day I looked out from my second floor window, and I noticed that my Air Vent cover was damaged and torn off the roof. At first I thought may it was the wind, since we had very windy week that month. Sure enough the next night I happened to look out again, and I notice a raccoon going into the air vent. I couldn't believe it, since it was a brand new house and I just moved into it 2 months ago. With no help and knowledge about this type of situation, I went on the internet and started searching for any wildlife control companies. While I was searching I came across S.O.S Wildlife Control Inc. where they had an amazing review on Homestars. I gave them a call right away, they showed up the next day and took care of the problem. They were fast, professional and explained everything they were doing. They got the mother raccoon out and also 3 babies. One night we discovered a walking raccoon on my attic, called a SOS Wildlife service and they arrived next day, did fantastic service, put the protection nets and we don't have a problem ever since.

SOS was AMAZING!!! They came right on time and both Sherwin & Jamie knew exactly what to do. They explained all the options to us and proceeded to install the "one-way" door underneath the bay window (poor Sherwin even had to craw into a very tight space just large enough for him to put the door in). After they left, Sherwin called us back a few times just to check up on things. By midnight, we saw that the mother racoon was out and tried to get back in but couldn't. We called Sherwin immediately and he said he will show up early in the morning to rescue the babies. Sherwin showed up at the house the next morning, listened for the sound and cut exactly where the babies were. He then took them out to the backyard so the mother can take her babies away. We must say, the whole experience was very educating and Sherwin, Jamie and Sherwin's father were very professional. I will strongly recommend their service.

Our family found that an active bat had made it's way indoors and was frantically flying around trying to find it's way out. SOS wildlife sent a fantastic and expert conservation technician over, who managed to catch the bat in 15 seconds flat. He was patient and explained to us everything about the bat that was caught and the precautions we needed to take for future bats that might want to make our home theirs. We were so relieved and appreciative of his expertise! I would very highly recommend SOS wildlife control and Shurvin in particular!

We discovered a raccoon had gotten in under our backyard deck and had given birth to babies in the basement window well. We wanted to remedy the situation ASAP. We contacted Sherwin, who said he could come within 2.5 hours - 10pm on a Saturday night, once he was finished a job he was at. Sherwin arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. He assessed the situation, and explained his plan of action. Within 10 minutes, he had snared the mother raccoon, and carefully removed the babies. He put the babies where the mother raccoon could see it, to calm her down. He then explained how he would relocate and release the mother and babies, so that they'd be reunited. He even showed us a video of another job that he completed which was similar to ours, allowing us to see how the mother retrieves the babies after being released. I was woken up by clawing noises beneath my bedroom floors next to my balcony at 4am and thought someone was walking around the house. I thought nothing of it until we heard the noise a few days later which was much more louder. We searched for animal and pest control companies and came across SOS Wildlife Control. We called them immediately and received a quick response. Sherwin and Jamie were exceptionally knowledgeable and professional regarding animal and pest control. When they arrived, they already knew that to do and explained everything to us thoroughly. They covered entrances on our roof with metal mesh and applied a one way door for the racoon's departure. When they were finished, they showed us a video of their work. They always kept in touch with us until the removal of the one way door. We no longer hear noises in our home. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was cleaning upstairs when I heard quick footsteps and sounds like birds but did not think it would be birds because of the footsteps. Then further investigation I found a big hole in the roof which really scared me. I called a number of different companies and left messages and no one got back to me. I then called Sherwin and he picked up right away and was at my home within hours. Found out that there were 7 baby raccoons living in the attic. He humanely removed the babies and fixed the hole and did the prevention to our roof. Really appreciate the information he provided me, his quick response, very reliable! A+++
