I researched window-cleaning companies on the Internet for quite a bit, before I decided to go with Gold Standard Window Cleaning. I live in a 5 story town-home with at least 20 windows needing washing both inside and outside. Gold Standard was the most competitively priced in the Toronto area. Gold Standard arrived on time for our appointment. They wore disposables inside so that they wouldn’t dirty up my home; and they were very respectful when they moved my furniture around to clean the inside of my windows. The whole process was quite quick and took no longer than 2 hours. I’ve already recommended Gold Standards services to my friends and neighbours.

I contracted out Gold Standard for window cleaning. They did an excellent job and I will use them again in the future. I am giving them 10/10 stars as they did great work!

I have been approached in the past by several other companies to clean my home windows. When given a quote by Gold Standard of only $200 to do both the inside and outside of my home, I immediately took them up on their offer. I have been reluctant in the past to have people come into my home to clean the inside of the windows, but after seeing what a great job they did on the outside I felt confident to let them finish the inside windows. Gold Standard did an excellent job, the quote they gave me to do my home, garage, and cabana was substantially lower than I have been quoted before from other companies. Because of their price and the job that they completed I will continue to use them in the future.

I was referred to Gold Standard by a friend who had a good experience using their services in the past. I can't remember the total cost for the services done by Gold Standard - but to have all the windows cleaned in my town home was approx. $300. I also had them do the re-caulking of all the windows as it really needed to be done. Overall I am happy with the service they provided. Gold Standard called me prior to showing up at my home; as well as followed up later in the week after the project was completed to make sure everything was up to my standards - this is the kind of customer service that I really appreciate. I'm giving Gold Standard 9/10 because I feel there is always room for improvement, but having said that they did a great job on my windows and will continue to recommend them.

Gold Standard cleaned both inside and outside of our home windows. Before we contracted Gold Standard to do our windows my Dad heavily researched other companies in the area to find the best price as well as best service. After careful consideration he decided to go ahead with Gold Standard as they were the most reasonably priced . The men that came to our home to clean the windows, were friendly, professional and after two hours left our windows sparkling! When the time comes we will use Gold Standard again and would certainly recommend them their services.

Gold Standard provided me with excellent service and quality work. They cleaned all of my home windows in under 2 hours for the reasonable price of approx $150. I rated this company 10/10 stars because, they were on time, clean, and professional - I have no complaints and would use this company again in the future.

Thomas and Joseph worked together to make our windows sparkle. They are polite, courteous and went back to the window screens to help me get the inside hooks back in place without complaint.

If you want clear windows stay clear of Gold Standard (which they are anything but). Our windows have divided lites with grilles which are incompatible with the washing method used by this company. They offered to re-do the service but there was no point using the same method - we refused. They quoted one price and charged a higher price (later corrected). All in all a thoroughly unpleasant experience leaving us with windows that still need to be cleaned.

Mordecai and Dan came to clean our windows the other day. Overall, I was very pleased, as they were very professional and curteous and when asked to go over a spot again, they did right away.
The only two thing I was not pleased with was the time they arrived. I was told to expect arrival between 9 and 12pm and the only arrived at 3pm. I had to call the office a few times and each time I was given a different time. Other than that it was fine. Make sure you check that team cleans screens as well or any other items you want cleaned. Some teams do screens, some don't. The company does follow up to make sure you are satisfied withe the service

Extremely disappointed by this experience. I was quoted a price over the phone that I agreed to and booked the service for after 5pm (so I would be at home). The service was performed on the date booked, but at 11 am (while no one was at home). I returned home to find an invoice close to 3x higher than the original price. When I called the office to investigate, I was informed that the mistake was mine, though they could offer me a better price (which was still 75% more than the original quote). Ensuing follow up was aggressive and rude. I will not do business with this company again.
