Gold standard property care has done my windows and eaves troughs for the past 3 years. Last year the guy who did them made a complete mess with the eaves troughs, gunk all over my deck and on my neighbor’s side, I was pretty upset about it. But overall they do a pretty good job. I’ve actually referred them to a lot of my friends and neighbors.

The guy was great. I did, however end up with a leak under one gutter which I'm guessing was likely the result of my previous neglect and the cleaning just loosening or exacerbating a problem there previously. I haven't had a ton of rain since to really say if there has been improvement on the gutter that was the biggest problem.

The guys came on time and were very courteous. They did the work quickly and professionally.

I was also surprised to find out they give out air miles. It was just an added bonus.

I would definitely recommend their services to my neighbours.

I have very large windows that garner a lot of sunlight.. They cleaned windows both inside and out. Beautiful job and very polite guys.

I once had a bad experience with Gold Standard in 2014 with payment issues but then a guy called me this year, his name is Sam and he told me that they can clean my windows inside and out again so I told him about the previous year payment Issues and hung up. But Sam called me back and he completely changed my mind. I loved the way he explained everything, and I think he had an accent (it was the best) he assured me that I will love the service as they have improved and became a very big company with multiple locations and said "We service the TRUMP towers and TTC, do you really think they would let us do their cleaning if we are not the right company or even the best company out there?" And it all made complete sense, he is also right I loved the service this time and could not stop thinking of his phone call and how friendly and caring he is. He made my day! Definitely use Gold Standard & Speak to Sam ;)

For anyone who needs their eaves cleaned, you need to be very specific about what needed to be done, or else, it wouldn't be done. These guys came and did my eaves, but did not complete their job fully because the only did 3/4 of the work. Why? They are careless and missed out a complete eave. So I had to schedule another company to come to finish the job!

The service itself was good, I used them for several years and it was satisfied.
Once after cleaning my windows they have charged me 5 times for non existing services, but did reimburse me everything.

Salesman came to our door. I pointed out a difficult stretch of eaves through to reach. He said no problem. Crew came in late fall. Took my money. Six months later a roofer told me the eaves were full. Now it's ten months later and it's still not done. Repeated promises broken. They did give me a free window cleaning but it's the eaves I want done.

I'd give them a 10.5/10 if I could. Gold Standard did an excellent job cleaning my windows. They cleaned both inside and outside of the windows. This was was a fairly big project as the construction crew I had in before made a mess, leading me to use Gold Standards services. The men that came into my home to clean the windows were on time, clean, and very professional. I will continue to use Gold Standard n the future.
