Excellent service - professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. Dan solved an unexpectedly complicated issue in just a few hours, and rearranged his schedule so as to be able to finish the job in one visit. What's more, he realized that he had inadvertently charged us a bit too much, got in touch with us, and refunded the money - honesty and integrity that we really appreciated. We will be calling Danco for any future electrical jobs.

Daniel did a fantastic job. In and out in a couple of hours. Zero mess, super tidy work. The end result exceeded our expectations. Our quote and final invoice were spot on.

Daniel fixed it within 2 hours of calling him. He squeezed us in between other jobs. This was our first time using Danco. You can't beat the service. We got him back later to install new switches/plugs in our kitchen and bathroom. Very professional. We'll be calling him again, when we rewire the basement.

The guys spent two or three days re-wiring a kitchen reno...did a great job. Good guys to work with . . prompt, quick, clean, gave an honest estimate and stuck to it.

Friendly, professional, fast, honest, and fair. Really great electricians we have had help before when we updated the service panel in an older home we bought. If only everyone was this easy and friendly to work with.

Bottom line: great communication, great knowledge, great stick-to-it-ive-ness.

Story:
1) Phoned him, he answered right away. Still waiting for two other companies to get back to me.
2) Came in, went through a thorough checking of the wiring, explaining what he was doing, and why, the entire time.
3) Discovered that the problem was in the power coming into my house.
4) Phoned Hydro Ottawa himself, talked to the techs there on my behalf, and arranged for Hydro to come over.

That summary does not do him justice, as the problem was intermittent and required a specific set of circumstances for it to occur. So even finding the issue took a bit of detective work.

So, yeah, great guy, would use him again, and would highly recommend him to others.

Dan responded to my call quickly. He is very pleasant and his work is excellent. I am extremely pleased with the work and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have electrical work done. We'll definitely use him again.

the lights in the house went off when I plugged in an extra heater from Walmart. all my efforts to get it back on from the main switch failed, so I thought it was electrical. I called Dan and he patiently walked me through the entire process until we got it sorted. This guy was really amazingly kind and helpful and he knew his stuff too!

Had to replace a couple of light fixtures in my garage on a bitterly cold day. Dan was super pleasant and efficient..knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it. Would definitely call him again for any electrical work. Highly recommended.
