We had Eric build our powderroom in the basement. The renovation was done in the time they specified. I love my new bathroom.

Eric and team completed a full gut and master bathroom renovation including: removal of all existing fixtures, whirlpool bath, shower, vanity and removed non-load bearing wall to optimize bathroom space. Very organized and kept a routine schedule. A complete renovation including a custom glass shower, heated tile floor, and fireplace surround was completed in a short few weeks. Eric and team were very professional, helped recommend various tiles or fixtures and made insightful design suggestions to create a beautiful and functional space. Excellent finish work and follow up. Would hire again.

Excellent job for both renovations (master ensuite and family bathroom). Provided great ideas during the planning phase. Very reliable and completed each projects on schedule. Crew clean up at end of each day.

I had them replace a bathroom and shower stall floors and a few other things. It was a small job but they took it very seriously and did excellent work. If and when I take up another renovation, big or small, I will call them first.

Eric and his brother completely renovated the three bathrooms in our house over 23 days. Their work was of the highest standard, they kept to their schedule and did their best to minimise any disruption. There were no short-cuts taken, even if the work was later to be covered by tile or drywall. Their sub-contractors (electrical and glass) were of the same standard.
They were pleasant to work with and we had no hesitation in asking them to let themselves in or lock up at the end of the day if we were not home. We were always asked our opinion on where small things like towel racks and grab bars were to be located. With their years of experience, they would on occasion gently ask if we had considered an alternative. Of course, they were right.
We are thrilled with the results of their work and pleased to be able to offer our unconditional recommendation.

We first used Royal Renovations for our basement renovation. Eric did a great job at a very fair price. He was reliable, hard-working and his work was of a very high quality. He gave many good suggestions and ideas to help with our basement design. Based on this we also subsequently asked him to renovate our bathrooms and entrance and again he did a great job. I would highly recommend him for his quality of work and attention to detail.

We had a basement flood and Eric and Alain did a fantastic renovation.They were reliable gave good advice on work materials and cost and always addressed any ideas or concerns that we had.Previously they did my en suite bathroom renovation and I have asked Eric if he will do the renovation on my main bathroom.

Eric did a complete renovation of our 30 year old family bathroom from tearing down to the beams to a spectacular professional finish. Work was completed without any problems in the expected time of 3 weeks with a two men team and the result is a custom modern bathroom that has increased the value of our home. The quality of the finishes and the precision of the tile work is evidence of great craftsmanship. We plan to enjoy this for the next 30 years.
