This company is amazing. From the receptionist, don't know if I can say her name, to the Tech's and owners. Awesome. They have always treated me with absolute respect and courteous. They were fast and professional and nice to deal with in every respect. I would recommend them to anyone and I have, to my friends and family or even when I overheard someone talking about a good company I interrupted the conversation with my recommendation.
They will always get my business with our fail.

Last winter my daughters pipes froze, she called ProSolutions and they asked one of their staff to check it out on his way home. The weather was very cold and he managed to put some portable heaters in the crawl space to thaw the pipes. The next day they sent a crew to fix the issue.
This year she decided that she needed a new furnace. She again called ProSolutions. They came out within a day gave her an estimate which she accepted and was installed within two days. I found they were very respectful and eager to please. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted great service.

I woke up to find my sump pump had quit working. I called pro solutions plumbing and they were able to send a technician the same day! Paul was efficient and offered a range of products to choose from. Within two hours the new sump pump was in and a no longer had to worry about my basement flooding :)

Polite, pleasant explained everything to me as he was doing it. On time called prior to coming. Very good to deal with a great worker. I will recommend to anyone that needs this type of service.

Arvin arrive in my house and was very pleasant and very smart and explained to me my problem in my furnace. He did a very good job fixing my furnace. He is a good asset in the company. The office was quick to book me in with a detailed quote. Paul did a great job installing and he even fixed the venting attachment on our dryer when he had to move it back in place! There was a part he didn’t have and two days later they came to quickly switch it out and fixed the low pressure in our kitchen tap. I will definitely be using pro solutions again!

I came home from work on Friday with an upcoming week in the minus 30 only to discover my furnace had stopped working. After calling several furnace companies that could not help me at all and were very unsympathetic to my situation I finally made the right call to ProSolutions and stoke to Irene in dispatch who was so friendly and helpful. An hour later Prince arrived to save the night. He was professional and friendly and provided quick service and got my heat working and answered my many questions happily. I am so grateful to both Irene and Prince for being so amazing at what they do. ProSolutions will be my only call moving forward for any services I require and I will happily spread the work to all I know.

Pro Solutions installed a new furnace for me in 2013. I have had issues with my furnace failing 2-3X/year since. I have had numerous technicians out to replace: heat sensors, gas valves, unplug drainage due to sand collection, twice, and replace motor. I bought a 10y parts and labour warranty, and each time a technician comes out they agree that there is something not right with my furnace failing, I have to pay for a dispatch and diagnostic fee $90+$120 every time my furnace fails, plus 2 unpaid days from work to be home to let technicians inside my house. I am planning on selling my house before my warranty runs out in 2023 because I can no longer deal with the worry and stress of my furnace failing in the winter or when I am not not home, plus my employer is getting frustrated that I have to take unapproved days off without pay just to deal with this issue. In addition to this, my furnace failed inspection, but Pro Solutions says the inspector is "just being picky" and I should contact another inspector to come inspect my furnace. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
