Kawartha Hotwater Plus

I recently had a no heat situation in my home. I called the company that installed the furnace and waited 24 hours for service. After numerous calls to the company with no response from a technician, I was passed over to your company for the service. Within 30 minutes, your technician Dan Tripp called me and advised what time he would be at my home. He did arrive (in fact earlier than promised). The checked the furnance and determined that a part was needed and had to be obtained. The part was delivered to him a few hours later and he came back and installed it. He stayed until the problem was fixed and the furnace was producing heat. At this point it was after 10 pm. He was very helpful and courteous and I would definitely recommend him to anyone....
