Called Martix to have 5 doors re keyed. Spoke to Dani and he was able to come the same day. He work was clean and perfect, he was able to complete the work in about 1 hr. His service was friendly and courteous.

His price was comparable to all of the other larger company's

I would use his service again.

Needed to have my locks rekeyed, called a few company's to get quotes, decided to choose Matrix due to what I thought was a good deal. When I spoke with Dani he gave me a price of $55 for service call and a max of $85 to rekey 5 locks. What was not made clear was that the price of $85 was per lock not for all 5. Was not impressed with the level of clarity and will not be using his service again.
