I had my back door lock stop working, it was spinning around its self without locking or unlocking the door. I had call matrix locksmith, spoke with the representative, she advised me to send a picture via email and I did, then after an hour the locksmith arrived. A nice gentleman who was very knowledgeable and professional.
He replaced the lock as well as suggested to make the same key to the front door so I will not have to carry several different keys, it was a good services with a fair pricing . I will recommend working with them !
