Stratas Design Build came highly recommended by two of my colleagues who had already used the firm and were very satisfied. Andy and his team of professionals came in and were able to share our vision and also provide valuable insight. The job went very smooth, the estimated timelines were met and the end result is beautiful.

We had Stratas Design take down a load bearing wall to create an open concept on the main floor. After getting three quotes, Andy seemed to be the only one who came with creative ideas, enthusiasm for details and an energy level which was contagious. Andy and his team were professional and a pleasure to work with. They delivered on quality within their promised timeframe and kept us informed and motivated on a daily basis of the work being down. After seeing the work Andy and his team delivered and within our budget, our only regret was not doing the renovation years ago. We had a great experience with Andy and his team at Stratas Design. We had the crew fully gut our main floor and give us the kitchen we have been dreaming about for years!! It was a great experience beginning to end, the design crew was great giving us concepts we wouldn't have thought of on our own and the end result is stunning. During the process we were so pleased with the work that we decided to have our upstairs bathroom updated as well.

All of the work came in at the budgeted amount, and any additional work we wanted was specified ahead of time.

Working with Andy and his team was such a great experience. This was our first major Reno, and first time hiring a contractor; besides loving the finished product (new staircase, pot lights and removing walls for open concept) we loved working with Andy. We had Stratas Design renovate our mainfloor last fall. They did a great job opening up some walls to allow for our open concept. We were a little lost with design ideas, but Andy was able to provide creative insight.

The project went smoothly, with extra attention paid to communication and keeping the job organised. All of the workers were professional and courteous, and it was fun getting to know them (especially on coffee break!)

We are constantly getting compliments on our new look mainfloor, and we couldn't be happier.

Stratas Design Build took my basement from a cold and messy wasteland into an organised and inviting area, complete with my own Man Cave ! I was struggling with a design or layout, but SDB sat down with me and we came up with a design that was functional for my storage needs as well as enjoyable for my Man Cave desires. They made it simple for me to choose the finishes I wanted such as flooring, trim, paint, and even some custom electrical work for the surround sound in my Man Cave! After the design portion of the job was done, I enjoyed seeing that the different trade workers were professional and respectful, and that they worked steadily and on time. The final product came out as I had envisioned, and on budget. It is amazing how much space I have now that it is organised. And did I mention how happy I am with the Man Cave???
