Men In Kilts Window Cleaning

We hired them to clean our windows. Staff was very professional and did an amazing job. We would definitely hire them again. Our neighbor was so impressed, that he hired them to do his windows.

Men in Kilts have been cleaning my windows, inside and out, for at least 7 years-every year. They are always on time, polite, and most importantly they do a truly Professional job in a very short time.

I contacted Men in Kilts to clean my gutters. I had called someone prior to this and hired them. Within a 24 hour period, I fired them. Men in Kilts came to the rescue. He was very professional and did a great job cleaning the gutters. He came prepared to work. They worked with my schedule so I was home when he cleaned the gutters. I will be using them again and highly recommend! Thank you!!

Men in Kilts was one of the only companies who was comfortable cleaning our high glass awning. It is very high to reach and has unusual access. They came out and did a fantastic job, and were very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely call them back in future.

This is the second time I've used Men in Kilts to clean my carpets. I've used other vendors but I must say Men in Kilts are the only ones to truly get my carpets clean and all stains removed. The first time I couldn't believe how clean they got my stairs where others have failed. This time around they were able to remove fruit juice stains from Christmas with no problems. The carpets look like new. I would definately recommend them.

Great service right from the beginning - sent online request, got a call the next day with all the questions answered and setup an appointment. Got notification in advance of appointment and notification again that they were on their way so I was well prepared. Outside upper level windows haven't been done since house was built 20 years ago (!) and now they are sparkling clean and gutters are clean as well. Thanks, will definitely recommend and book again next year for spring touch up.

I was given a quote of $330.00 +tax over the phone after discussing at length what windows were in my home.  I was never asked the number of windows, but I did tell the lady that I lived in a two storey home and had 2 bay windows, a glassed in porch, and a sliding glass door.  The quote she gave me was to have my windows cleaned inside and out. She advised that this was a phone estimate and that it could vary up or down a little once the technician arrived.  I said that was fine.

Come cleaning day James arrived and after giving my semi-detached home a look over declared that the price would be much higher.  His reasoning was that the bay windows had multiple panes (don't they all?), there was a glassed in porch (which I had mentioned on the phone ) and that the house had a lot of windows for its size (1600 sf).  My house has 8 windows upstairs, including the bay window, and 4 down including the bay window.  Twelve windows.  Plus the previously quoted on sliding glass door, and glass porch.  So I was quoted $540.00 +tax to clean inside and out, an increase of $210.00!  I said that was completely unacceptable.  I was then quoted $290.00 to do the outside only.  I was deflated, but gave him the go ahead. 

Only eleven windows were cleaned.  My dining room window is inside the glassed in porch, so even though it is mounted in the brick wall, I suppose James considered it an inside window.  My bill total including tax was $316.40.   I do not consider this integrity pricing by any means.

The upper bay window was smudged in spots, but otherwise the windows were nicely cleaned.

I submitted my complaint via email and heard nothing back.  After my second email I was told it was being looked into.  It has been nearly 3 weeks, so I doubt I will hear anything.

We have had the men in kilts cleaning our windows for a few years . Always, prompt, friendly professional and thorough. I believe they go above and beyond to earn your repeat business
