- The installer showed up exactly on time, asked questions about the assembly and installation, and efficiently built all the pieces
- Assembled the products, cleaned up the rooms, folded and packed the boxes in a garbage bag, and left everything spotless
- Gave me additional instructions on how to make changes to the crib I had installed
