I was very happy with my experience with this company. They were very responsive and helpful when I called, and sent Arthur over to give me a quote the next day. Arthur was really friendly and very professional. The work was done quickly and he did a great job. Great cleanup too: when I got home from work there was no sign that they'd even been there at all, except for the new skylight. They sent a painter over the next day to finish up the interior. I was billed exactly what I was quoted. Great company and I'd definitely recommend them!

It has been a rainy season and recently, I noticed a small leak in a bedroom that indicated a roof issue. I have not owned the home long, but I could tell by the evidence on the ceilings that there were some other spots with small past or present leaks as well.

A colleague recommended 'The Roof Whisperer" so I gave them a call. The service was friendly and excellent from that initial call. Arthur showed up on time, provided a reasonable estimate, and the shingles and leaky vents were all repaired within less than one week of my initial call. I will be using them again soon for a chimney repair.

We heard "new roof, new roof" being whispered and called Jean for an estimate. We received a reasonable estimate and we had a new roof within a short period of time. Everything was explained in detail, and our home was left very clean. When we needed new eavestroughs in the spring, we called again right away and were again happy with the work that was done. Arthur and his team did a fantastic job of replacing our flat roof. They arrived on the date they told us they would, did the work on time and within the estimate that was provided. We had a concern with a replaced vent in the roof and Arthur came by the same day we called with our concern. He addressed the problem right away. We would highly recommend this company!

We had water coming in through one of our 2 flat roofs. We got quotes from a number of companies, and the Roof Whisperer came in with the best price and we were impressed with how thorough they were with the quote. The team that performed the roof replacements worked extremely hard and were very professional - the roofs they were replacing were on a 100+ year old plus house and required a lot of work. They also replaced the roof on a bathroom addition that had a shingle roof that should have been a flat roof - for free! I have only amazing things to say about the service and the team. And the roofs look great! Thank you so much. Will use them again and would highly recommend them in a heart beat.

I phoned up Arthur after a few roofers would not even give a quote on the job for my house. I found Arthur's quote to be more than reasonable and decided to use him.

Arthur and his crew were there 9 am and left about 9 pm the first and second day. I am very satisfied with the job the roof whisperer has done. I would highly recommend anyone needing roof work to contact them. From the first phone call to the very end, they were very professional!

We had some water damage coming through our 2nd floor ceiling, had 3 roofers come to look - Arthur was the only one who suggesting "doing it right" and replacing our flat roof as well as the pitched roof at the back since the leak was right where they met. We went with him because he provided an incredibly detailed quote, was able to be accommodating with our schedule and spent quite a bit of time on the inside and outside of our house. The crew came on time every day, worked through good and bad weather, cleaned up ours and our neighbour's backyard, and did a thorough job replacing our roof. Arthur even sent someone the next week to repair the minor drywall damage we had on our ceiling because of the roof repairs. Excellent experience, and we look forward to enjoying a stress-free summer now.

I must say that Arthur, Wayne, Tony and the entire crew were a pleasure to deal with. The job looks great, the site was cleaned thoroughly and everything was as expected,
- The job was shingle and 2 large skylights replacement on a steep Victorian-style roof. The house is only 14 years old however the builder nailed low-quality shingle directly on decking. It was time to act proactively to avoid potential damage.
- I called around 10 well known companies to get a quote. Five did not bother to call back, 2 called back but did not show up for scheduled appointment. The Roof Whisperer (Arthur) was the only one who followed through on all appointments, emails and commitments. Give that he was Velux and Certain-teed certified installer, and fair quote price, the choice was easy.
- The work started as scheduled, the crew extra day to do the job right, did not cut corners. The job site was cleaned at the end of each day.
- The work was completed to the letter of Arthur's 12-page long detailed quote.

After a roof inspection to assess a leak, it was apparent i needed to replace the flat roof portion of my home, along with 4 skylights. Arthur was quick to respond to my inquiry and offered a fair quote. True to his word, the job was done as scheduled, as quoted, and his team was held to professional standard at all times. I would certainly recommend.
