Very impressed with Purisoft. Owner Mike Nanut answered our every question and was professional and courteous from my initial call right thru to the install. He arrived at our home on time, tested the water for hardness, and gave us options on the install. Very professional job, and left our utility room cleaner than he found it. Mike is a very knowledgeable guy, he knows what he is talking about and you could tell right away. Told me all about the product, how it would best suit my needs, and how other products on the market compared, and he was objective in doing so, pointing out both positives and negatives. Arrived on time for the installation and was very thorough and meticulous setting everything up properly. Encouraged me to give him a call anytime if I had any further questions. Product has worked well the first few days, I can already tell the difference for showering and doing dishes. Definite 10 out of 10.
