Would highly recommend Matt's services to anyone, even my grandmother if she lived in the country! We had matt come in to do a couple of odd jobs including a child lock for a sliding glass door. Unrelated to the install, our regular lock broke, Matt took the time to research a replacement above and beyond what was requested by me. Hats off to him for showing this initiative. Matt takes the time to explain his work and ensures the customer is truly satisfied with the outcome.

If there is anything that a homeowner values (almost) as much as high quality workmanship, it is dependability. With Matt you get both. Matt is a punctual, reliable, unfailingly polite young man. He is diligent and hardworking and the results of his labours--whether the task is simple or complicated--are always completely satisfactory. He is familar with the codes and standards of the various trades and his work is thus dependable in terms both of quality and security. His rates are reasonable and his invoices are never padded. We have had Matt come three times now to perform all manner of odd jobs and to fix the shoddy workmanship left by other contractors. He is now our "go-to" guy for all forms of household repairs and alterations. He deserves a 10+.

We have asked Matt to help out with 3 projects to date. The projects involved plumbing, tiling, carpentry, minor electrical, drywall and other tasks. In all cases Matt was very prompt and courteous and was meticulous in his work. The cost of the work was very reasonable and there were no surprises. He was proactive in making suggestions regarding the work that needed to be done. I'm sure we'll retain him for other work in the future.

I had had a rat infestation and needed to know their entry point. Matt was very thorough in his search and explained the findings clearly and politely. I would use him for other jobs.

I contacted Matt to install a new toilet. The job eventually turned out requiring more work than expected due to the old-style toilet stand I had. Matt advised clearly what it would take and the cost, no trick no catch. He enlarged the toilet stand with grout, replaced the flange, re-tiled the stand, and re-installed the new toilet. His workmanship was solid. I am very satisfied with the work provided. His co-worker Raphael stayed after and cleaned up the bathroom and the work area. I am very satisfied with his service and will definitely reengage if there are future opportunities.

Matt has done a couple of jobs for us and was pleasant to work with on both occasions. We had a strip of floor tile to fill in our basement, and since Matt did a great job we had him back to rough it in for the laundry as well. Both jobs went smoothly, Matt always got back to me quickly and had the work done on time. Happy to recommend.
