we did a major renovation that included siding ,soffit and fascia and eavestrough. everything looked great for the first week. the Reynolds crew was driving by the house and notice a issue with the siding. they called me to tell me they would be back the next day to fix it. they replaced the siding and the same issue occured so they called in the siding company who came over and took a sample to be tested and discovered a problem with the siding . so the siding was replaced for the third time. all because their crew had noticed a problem and wanted to make it right. Jump ahead 5 years and we are doing a major renovation on the interior of the house and we discovered a small problem with the way the additional insulation board was installed in the original job. I called Ryan on a Sunday and he came right over and took a look and said that he would have the problem corrected in the spring. However 2 days later i got a call saying the crew would be here the next day to correct the issue. I will be using them again for our next project as they do great work and they stand behind their work
