Bought a snow removal deal, call in and reedemed it, didnt snow for about a month after the vouchers were redeemed, once it snowed no one showed up, tried calling no one answered the phones, left messages no one called back, after a couple of day their phone was not in service.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMERS , i think they dont even have an office, their all about grabbing money and no service

Like so many others I purchased the snow removal from DealFind in December -- and no one showed up to deal with the snow????
I tried to call and email on numerous occasions and to no avail. Graham Services obviously does not care about customer service or value their business very highly. Dealfind gave me a refund -- after numerous calls and emails to them as well.

I will be sure to post whereever I can about the unscrupulous practices of both Graham Services and Dealfind.

Buyer Beware!

I signed up and paid for this company's seasonal snow clearing and salting service. After two significant snowfalls, they never showed up. Impossible to reach a person after initial purchase and multiple calls have gone unanswered.

Bought the voucher on Deal Find (didn't listen to old addage "if its too good to br true") no one came. I have been hung up on, put on hold indefinately, no response to voicemail and had "mailbox full".
Live and Learn

I had purchased the Dealfind Voucher for Graham Services on Nov.4.11, paying $39 for 4 hours of wall-to- wall cleaning services. I followed the instructions stipulated in the fine print, and called Graham Services to book the appointment to redeem the service. It took me 5 phone calls and 3 unreturned voice messages just to speak to someone. The appointment was set for Dec.29.11, at 3pm. I was told by the person who booked with me that someone would call me the morning of the scheduled appointment, however no call was ever received. I took a half day off work on Dec.29th, to ensure someone would be home that day. Unfortunately, my time was ultimately wasted, as no one from Graham Services ever showed up, and my phone calls went unanswered, despite the claim on their website that there are customer service reps available to take calls 24/7. Finally, at 3:45pm, a whole 45 mins after the person should have been at my home, my phone call was returned. The person I spoke to had this to say: "I'm returning your call..." I said, well I have been calling to find out when the cleaning person is arriving, as I have been waiting for nearly an hr, and they are 45 mins late. She said to me, "well, we can't find him, we don't know where he is so...." I was stunned. I explained that I had taken time off work for this appointment, which was scheduled back in November, when I bought the voucher. She sighed, and said, " well, I'll have to reschedule your appointment, because we can't get in touch with our cleaner right now."
I was completely taken aback by this tremendous lack of concern and unapologetic disregard for a wronged customer, who was still being understanding and calm. I said ok, what days do you have available? She said, Dec. 31st, at 3pm. I said ok, please book that day. She said sure, and hung up!

On the day in question, I must say I had my doubts that this time they'd make good. It being New Year's Eve, I had many other important things to do than sit around and wait for someone who never intended to show up, so at 1:30 I called them to ensure they would 'remember' my rebooked appointment. Of course, no one answered my calls, and I left 3 voice messages detailing who I was, and the reason for my call. Finally, after my 4th attempt at calling them, someone answered the phone, and I explained that I had been calling to confirm that my RESCHEDULED appointment was being honoured as planned. The woman on the line confirmed the appointment, took my voucher number,and said that they couldn't get a hold of their cleaner (again?) and that she would have a project manager call me back...I said, why is that necessary, you just confirmed the appointment with me. She said, she didn't know where the cleaner was, and when they could get in touch with him, they'd call me back. 3pm came and went, with no one calling, much less arriving at my home, as they had promised. Another day wasted by this inconsiderate, unprofessional operation.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund, as I want absolutely nothing further to do with Graham Services. Obviously this was merely a cash grab on their part,and they had no intention of honouring the deal in the first place.

I like the other posters here, purchased the snow removal from Dealfind. I, also like the other posters here, have not heard from Graham Services since. They have not shoveled my sidewalk, walkway or plowed my driveway. I have called a minimum of 5 times and emailed a few times as well. I purchased one for myself, purchased one as a gift for my in-laws who are un able to shovel themselves, and also convinced several neighbours to purchase it as well. I am totally un-impressed with the way they have handled things. Very un professional and I feel as though I have been ripped off. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Bought the DealFind package for Snow Removal for my elderly Grandparents in Brooklin, ON as a Christmas gift. Redeemed the certificate online and after 2 snowfalls, thier driveway is still covered in snow and ice and Graham Services has not come to thier home at all. Called the company multiple times and just get a voicemail- I leave a message but no call is returned. DealFind has offered me my $99 back, but now I still need to purchase snow clearing for my Grandparents which is well over $500. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and shame on DealFind for selling packages from such an unreliable business.

I echo all the sentiments of others that purchased snow removal by Graham through Dealfind.
NO one has returned my calls (since yesterday).
This has the smell of a scam since Graham is obviously not able to deal with their snow removal contracts.
This is the third Dealfind deal that has not delivered.
It began with the Butchers who finally refused to honour the vouchers.
I wonder if Dealfind is overselling beyond the vendors physical limits.
I suggest we band together and launch a legal action to get delivery on our snow removal contracts.

I purchased 3 winter snow removal packages from dealfind for the company Graham Services . I called and set up the automatic removal servies for after each snowfall, and after the first snowfall no one came to do the driveway. I called back and someone assured me they were just running behind. The next day I still hadnt had the driveway cleared so I called again and it said that thier number was "temporarily disabled". Later in the day called back again and the number was working and someone again assured that they would send someone out right away. No one ever showed up, no one ever called . I would never suggest this company to anyone, and I will be getting a refund from dealfind .

Hope other people have a better experience.

I purchases a voucher on Dealfind for a contract for snow removal. It said that it was a $639 savings - I figured it was to introduce the company and purchased the deal for $100.00. I redeemed on their site (as instructed) and was advised someone would contact me in 24 hours. I was never contacted. They disconnected their 1-888 number and did not answer their alternate number. Their site states that they are available 24 hr/7 days a week (however if you call after 6:00 the recording states "the office is closed"). I left 5 messages and numerous emails - none of which were returned. A Dealfind representative finally got through to a receptionist who advised she would call me, but never did. I did get a refund from Dealfind but I find it disgusting that anyone could generate a website that is somewhat impressive but not honour their clients or the contracts entered into.
