The Hardwood Giant on Warden are by far a step above other Hardwood stores, speaking from my experience after visiting several stores just to find that they were so over priced or they didn't have enough of a selection​.​ ​F​inally I ended up at the Hardwood Giant, to say the least I was a little apprehensive after my experience ​until the time I encountered Mr. Shaik Rah​m​athulla​h. To my surprise,​ ​Mr. Shaik​ ​turned out to be truly the absolute Gem of Hardwood Giant. After explaining what I was looking for and my budget​,​ he ​understood exactly what I needed and showed me a few options and one of them I knew had to have it was the floor I wanted and ​worked out the project to fit in within my budget​. Mr. Shaik​ explained everything to me and what I would need to get the result I wanted​.​ I was so happy to dealing with someone who truly had the knowledge required​ to satisfy customer​. Just before I was to leave he ​emphasized to me not to​ worry that he would make sure everything is done to my satisfaction​ as we needed the floors installed within a week​ and he would be sending one of his best installers​.​ ​As he committed, he was right, today not even a week after walking into ​t​he Hardwood giant ​Mr. Serhan , the installer from Top Notch Installers were very professional just finished my beautiful floors and I am thrilled, I am so happy with the experience with these guys and if ever I require more flooring I will go nowhere else.

I am very impressed with the quality of product and service from Anjum. He was very helpful and his professional advice was appreciated.
He allowed me to take many samples from the showroom home to compare to the stain on my stairs.
I will be buying more hardwood for my upstairs very soon.
I would recommend Hardwood Giant 100%.

Purchase Ambiance White Oak Black Forest flooring with installation. The price was fair and the product looked beautiful. Installation was delayed a week but that was not a problem. Floor was installed and looked very nice. We have had floor for 3 months. Our small dog accidentally dumped her water bowl which we cleaned up very quickly; within a minute. But the next day, the flooring was cracked and the finish bubbled. Called the store to claim warranty but got a "NO" but they can fix it for a $600. Called the manufacturer in Brampton and got a "NO" from them also. Called the store again and asked if they could sell me the product at cost and I will do the repair myself. They said "NO" but they will give me a 7.5% discount; $7 off for one box ($91). I settled for that because it was obvious they were not going to do any better. In my opinion, the product is of low quality not being able to handle a small spill of water. Our main floor is covered with a different hardwood flooring and it has had water spilled on it many times with no problem. These people do not stand behind the product and therefore I would not recommend using Hardwood Giant nor Ambiance Flooring (http://www.ambiancehardwood.ca/). They are making more money from me because of the low quality product.

This past year I signed a contract with Hardwood Giant (Torbram Rd., Brampton) to install hardwood floors on the main floor of my house. Once the floors were installed I contacted them by phone and by email with issues of poor workmanship and the poor quality of some of the planks. My concerns were not acknowledged and, when I personally went in with my issues, I was treated rudely. No assistance was offered. I tried various avenues to get results such as trying to reach a manager, filing with the BBB and the CPA but was not able to get any assistance. As a result my issues were not addressed and I had to hire another contractor to correct what they could, and am using area carpets to disguise other areas that were too costly to repair.

In my opinion I would advise those who are considering doing business with this company not only to bear in mind my cautions but to check this and other online customers’ complaints regarding this company and their parent company in Oakville. Check Google Reviews, TrustedPros, Yelp, Homestars and FaceBook. They all have the same bad reviews.

This company charged me $300 for laminate that I didn't use, and they refused to refund or provide me with store credit, even after I spoke with the manager.

Very nice staff helpful and great at refunds of unused flooring that was not needed after job done my helpful team was AJs at the Burlington location would shop with them again

When our hardwood was delivered it was short one box. They promised it would be here the next day but it wasn't. Three phone calls, each time delivery promised the next day. It is now the week before Christmas and the job is one day to completion. I called them, quite upset, and not only was there no help on this delivery (though they would be happy if I picked it up myself), I was berated for being upset and they hung up on me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I went to a few flooring stores and found the prices at hardwood giant to be the best. My sales guy Anjum was very helpful and gave great customer service. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
