Hardwood Giant

I went to a few stores and found hardwood giant to have the best prices, my sales person Anjum was very helpful and gave great customer service. I would recommend them if your looking to get flooring for your house.

Cut wood inside the house caused thick dust all over the house, floor, walls, ceiling and windows. Refused to clean up for us. Not even an apology. Banged up one wall from moving boxes of hardwood. These are the people who do not take pride in what they do.

Great pricing for quality flooring. Anjum was very helpful and friendly. My floors look better than I could've imagined and it even came in under budget. I highly recommend Hardwood Giant!

We bought laminate flooring for our condo livingroom/diningroom. My mother bought the exact same laminate for her condo she liked ours so much. We are so happy with this product. Customer service from Jamal was excellent. Pricing was very good. We returned our extra material hassle free. Thanks for a great product at a great price. Very satisfied!

The sales reps are very nice and friendly to get you sealed on a deal. Before you signed the contract and paid the deposit, whatever you say will go. They try to attract you with sales and cheap prices. However once you fell into the trap and paid the deposit then you are screwed. When I paid for the deposit they started to change the estimated price and want me to pay more. They delay you and do not give you an direct answer. BAD COMPANY. Avoid at all costs.

The only person in this company who did a great job is Shaik. He fixed everything that the sales rep screwed up. Shaik took personal ownership of my order that took over 2 months and completed it in less than 3 weeks. If you need to talk to some at this store talk to Shaik. He doesn't disappoint.
