As a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous about having my own home, so I decided to hire a professional home inspector to review the property. I'm really happy I did because the home has so many issues that I didn't know about, included a complete basement gut and reno that would have cost me and additional $20,000 or more that I was not prepared for. Clearview did a very thorough job and explained the house defects in a very comprehensive manner but also easy to understand. Tom, I would like to buy your Infrared camera! It's amazing what it can do and tell you about. The home inspection report is also very detailed and offers good information for home buyers that want to know more about the house structure and not just owning a home.
