I cannot say enough good things about the service, delivery, quality and attention that Asad provides. We had a very bad experience with another contractor who ran off with our money so we were very hesitant to hire anyone else but the job needed to be done for safety issues. Asad was very understanding of our situation and very accommodating knowing what we had just gone through. I highly recommend him, he always responded to our calls, delivered on time and kept us in the loop. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Nothing was sacrified, he installed our beautiful glass and steel railing that has become the centrepiece of the house. Thank you Asad, wish everyone is as honest, caring and professional.

This was our first foray into the wrought iron world and we are thrilled that it was with Asad and Maryam – they know their stuff and they delivered. Their place of business in Oakville is A1 and they are such nice people to work with! Their quote was right on as was their scheduling. Needless to say we are extremely happy with the work and professionalism of the entire Architectural Iron Works team starting with Maryam, Asad thru to the installation team. Asad and Miryam are lovely people to deal with, very responsive, show up when they say they will, and produce a quality product with great workmanship and appearance. In the past, I have had occasion to work with other railings manufacturers and found they were unreliable. This time, I looked at Homestars before making a choice of railing supplier and selected Architectural Iron Works based on the strong positive ratings they have received from other homeowners.

I can now be added to that list, as I am very satisfied with the product and the service I received. The railings look great and they add considerable beauty (and value) to my deck and home.

The company was very responsive to our needs. They worked with us to select a style of railing. I had asked for it to be painted in brown and they agreed to that.

For some reason the measurements were incorrect and without any hesitation the company took the product back re-did it - repainted it and installed the railing.

Asad did some custom work because i did not like the post samples. It is a beautiful staircase. Would order from them again.

From a competitive standpoint his pricing was better then competitors and I have to say the quality of the railing was much better, thicker spindles and very solid.
