Woodbridge Kitchen & Bath

Woodbridge Kitchen and Bath is not a company we can recommend. They had to measure our kitchen 5 times and still made far too many mistakes on the drawings provided to our general contractor. Island too large for the space, microwave space too small for the microwave specified, missing panels are just a few of the many mistakes made. We were extremely disappointed with the installations resulting in a repeat manufacturing and installation of the crown mouldings, and multiple visits to align the drawers. Subsequent to installation, we found several drawers with cracked base panels, again resulting in delays and secondary installations.

We also paid several pre-scheduled visits to their showroom to try to resolve issues, only to find the decision makers were not there. The receptionist was apologetic and made multiple calls. Eventually, they would appear 30-45 minutes late. Very frustrating. They give the impression of an organization more focused on collecting payments than attending to details and meeting/communicating with clients in time.

Charles and team were great in the beginning, but once they had the first payment, they moved on and didn't pay attention to making sure things such as paint colour and finishings were selected on time. Because of this the install day was delayed, but the neglected to tell us until the day of install.

The install was done poorly. They had sent the wrong drawings with the installers and we had to print out what the approved kitchen design for them. Apparently, Woodbridge changed over the approved plan when they made changes to the design without telling us.

There are gaps between the cabinets and the baseboards and excessive damage to the inside of the cabinets from the install. When I spoke with them about it they advised they would replace it. It's been a year and it's still not fixed.

We would not recommend.

We met Charles at the Toronto Home Show. He was very professional. Listened to what we wanted, he made suggestions that were impressive. The final product was a kitchen we love. It works with our busy lifestyle. The details are great. The final install went seamless. Charles met all deadlines as promised. Would totally recommend to all our friends.

My wife & I came across this company at the Canada Blooms National Home show. As soon as we walked into their booth, we were greeted & welcomed by Charles & Rimpy. They were extremely knowledgeable, personable & professional. The product showcased spoke volumes. We were absolutely blown away by the quality & workmanship that was put forth. We arranged for a consultation & decided to get a detailed quotation. Charles came over to our house to take measurements & gave us a date to come to their showroom to review our proposed 3D drawings. From the moment we walked in, to the completion of our project, we couldn't be any happier! Everything was designed, manufactured & installed as promised. All of our friends & loved ones are absolutely stunned by the finished product. Everyone keeps telling us that our house looks like something from a magazine cover! I would HIGHLY recommend Woodbridge Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking to beautify their home.

My husband and I hired Woodbridge Kitchen and Bath to help us with a major renovation of our house including complete kitchen replacement, 3 bathrooms, and our build-in closest's and we could not be more satisfied. We are in love with the our house has turned out all thanks to Woodbridge kitchens! It was a pleasure working with Jaz, Rimpy, and Charles, they were efficient and professional to all our needs. All of our questions during the project were addressed respectfully and thoroughly. Prior to starting the project, a 3D design was shown to us outlining how our home would look. Jaz is a wonderful designer who was creative and calm throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the service we got and I would highly recommend using Woodbridge Kitchens to build your dream home.

I can't begin to express how bad this project has gone. I was promised a kitchen and closets delivery date June 18. Not to mention they had lost my file and I had to sit in their office to redo everything. It is now June 30 and I am in a disaster in the mercy of these people. I'm really sadden that there are not that many real reviews because I heard that they have quite a few unhappy customers. Charles overpromised and said he could have everything ready before we moved in. I have a baby and a 4 year old. There's holes in my closet walls, the kitchen is unusable and my family is at the mercy of this company. They do not stick to their deadlines and it has put such a burden on us. I can't cook, I can't use the closets, nothing is completed. In addition to this, they didn't mention other charges. I would not recommend this company. In additional this, several of the items are already damaged. I send over so many complaints to them that I've lost track off all of the problem.

Charles and the team at Woodbridge Kitchens provided us with good service and helped us put together a beautiful built in cabinet in our living room. When we were there, they helped us by preparing a 3D model of the cabinet which allowed us to visualize the final product. We were able to customize all of the finishes, etc and we are very satisfied with the final product.

WE LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN! Jazz. Rimpey and Charles were a pleasure to do work with. Everything from initial consultation to actual install was a breeze. They took the time and educated my wife and I on the difference between them and the other guys. Let me tell you that I have not yet seen a kitchen that will be even close to what I now own. This is not just a review. It's also a thank you for a job well done!

We knew our mid-century modern home was a diamond in the rough and it needed several years to polish it up. The last great frontier was tackling a dark and poorly laid out kitchen. Charles and Rimpy saw immediately that a wall needed to come down between the living and eating space. Having shopped around at a number of locations for ideas, this one immediately shot to the top of our list. Despite challenges with a 3rd party work crew and their delays, we were very happy with the outcome. The Woodbridge K & B design combined with allowing us input on our choice of colours/materials, has truly transformed our space into the contemporary and functional environment we wanted. Couldn't be happier.

We hired Woodbridge Kitchen & Bath to do a major renovation of our house including complete kitchen replacement, 3 bathrooms, main floor hallways (ceiling & floors), laundry room, family room and a number of built-ins. The final result was a transformation well beyond our expectations. First decision point when we selected Woodbridge was quality of materials & workmanship on the cabinetry was well beyond any of the others that we had quote the job and at a comparable price. Second was that Jaz and Rimpy were extremely personable, responsive and happy to do whatever we wanted. They definitely have a 'customer comes first' approach to their business, whereas the others seemed to be trying to tell us what we want. Given that our family of 5 was living in the house right through the renovations, the work was done considerately, clean and all of the trades were very conscientious and courteous. Special recognition to Paulo - the guy for whom no challenge is insurmountable and Roy, who works magic with tiles!
