My husband and I made the decision to renovate our bathrooms. After 13 years of living with a builder’s bathroom, we were thrilled to finally have the opportunity to create the space we had always wanted.
As contractors started to provide us with quotes for our upstairs bathrooms we immediately realized that, the elements we wanted, quality of material, skill and knowledge, not to mention service was not attainable in our set budget.
Instead, my husband and I decided that we would manage the bathroom renovations, and empower ourselves with knowledge. We made it our quest to research all of the elements that we had always wanted by using the internet and going into stores which made the list.
We met Aaron in our quest for tiles, their vast selection, quality, and price of tiles is in my opinion one of the best in the city (we really did our homework.) and his guidance and recommendations translated into the most spectacular bathroom finishes. I would highly recommend visiting Keramin when shopping for tiles.

On a personal note, Aaron I think you and the staff are amazing. Thank you for helping us realize our vision for both bathrooms, and for being patient with all my questions. We will see you in the New Year when we start our Kitchen!

This place has a nice selection of tiles and reasonable prices however their customer service is appalling. We have returned to their store multiple times to purchase more of one set of tiles (after a contractor mishap) and on each occasion I've had to leave numerous messages for Aaron which are never returned until chased and chased. This week I've left messages on Thursday Friday Sunday and Monday and its now Tuesday and I haven't heard back. On another occasion we were told tiles in stock and arranged for our contractors to start based on this and then told although the tiles were "in stock" they were not at the store. Waited days and days for them and no follow up from the store at all. We have now found another retailer and won't be returning to Keramin- sad for them as we are renovating a house with 6 bathrooms!

This Reveiw is long overdue. I walked into Keramin's Tile Centre and the sales force was so helpful in assisting with many choices. Since the selection was wide, I could not figure out what to choose and they asked certain questions that helped me to narrow down my targeted tiles. The prices were very resonable and upon completion of the project they even accepted back the unused tiles. I have another washroom for remodeling and I will not step into any othe store but Keramin's for the convenicen and the service and on top of all the prices.

This is my first bad review that I've ever given to Homestars. If service wasn't up to par, typically I wouldn't bother writting anything. For good service, I'm typically praise the company.

I purchased my backsplash from Keramin. I let them know my install schedule. I hoped to have the work completed within 2 weeks. They told me the product was in stock. I was told they would call the coming Sunday, to make arrangements to deliver the tile on Monday. I scheduled the contractor around the planned delivery. When I didn't receive a call on Sunday, not knowning when the tile would be delivered, I made arrangements to have someone at the house all day Monday. When I got home, and nothing showed, I cancelled the tiler who was coming in the following day.

I followed up with Keramin on Tuesday, spoke to Aaron, to find out what happened, and was told that they were out of stock, and the shipment was coming in the next day. I was told that I would get a call on Thursday to make arrangements for delivery. Knowing that - worst case - I could pick up the tiles myself, I rescheduled the tilers for the following Monday morning.

I didn't get a call on Thursday as promised, so I realized that I wouldn't be able to rely on their delivery service and I would need to pick it up myself. I called on Saturday intending to make arrangements to pick up the backsplash, and reached someone who told me they were closed on Saturdays, and that I should call back on Sunday. I was a little worried since this only left me with one day before the tilers were showing up - so I pushed the issue with the person on the phone. He was familiar with the tile I ordered, and informed me that they were out of stock, and weren't able to reorder. They had variations of the design I bought, but nothing that would work.

I called on Sunday, and spoke again to Aaron, who repeated the same story.

Mistakes happen - but what really bothers me is the lack of customer service to correct the issue. During this entire period, nobody contacted me as promised. They were content to accept my money for the tiles, but never followed through on their commitments to call and arrange delivery. It sounded like there was an issue with getting the correct tile ordered (which ironically they told me was originally in stock), but there was no attempt to call me and let me know.

Horrible expereince.

The gentlemen at the store we're really nice when we first walked in. We are new condo owners and bought tiles with keramin and also hired for someone to install. It was all fine and dandy. We first noticed our problem when the installer keramin hired, came late to every appointment he scheduled. He installed and grouted and started the job at 7pm... And expected to stay at our condo till the early morning. He didn't finish removing the grout and still didn't finish removing the grout the following day (didn't come to our condo till after 5pm) because the guy has a full time day job, he wasn't able to come to our condo till the following weekend. Mind you by now, the grout has hardened on our tiles. We complained to the owner at keramin because what they advised was a 2 day job, has now turned into a 4 week job. When we complained they weren't sympathetic at all. They didn't care whatsoever. The guy then returned to dremel each and every tile, which you can imagine the dust build up in our condo now that we are still trying to clean up. It took the guy 8 hrs to do a sq foot. The job is still not done, and even after keramin promised they'd pay for the dismantling of the ruined tiles, they refused to cover all the costs. They were absolutely rude when we came to pick up the tiles.

I warn you! They're all really nice when you buy tiles, because they are making money from you. Once a problem arises and they're at fault, they are absolutely rude and unhelpful.

I DO NOT recommend this place ever. After a simple job, and all the problems they have cause us... I just can't seem someone else going through this.

We renovated bathroom and shower. We were shopping around and decided on Keramin ceramic tile because they have very good tile collection and very reasonable price. Definitely will recommend the store to my friends.

We were renovating our floors and backsplash in the kitchen, when we visited Keramin's Toronto showroom we were amazed with the unique collections off ceramic and porcelain tiles that they have on display, in addition we got a very good price, overall very satisfied with customer service and will definitely recommend to my friends
