Keramin Tile Style

On July 27, 2016, I purchased tiles at Keramin to redo my whole bathroom and add a backsplash in my kitchen. I am not always an easy client as I have very specific taste. However, the salesman who served me - Vadim - showed great patience, knowledge, and an impressive commitment to serving me well. I have rarely experienced such superior customer service. Unfortunately, due to unexpected and difficult circumstances with the renovation status of my condo, I was forced to cancel my order. I contacted Keramin to inform them of my new situation. They refunded my order without making a fuss in addition to expressing some compassion and understanding towards me. There is no doubt in my mind that I will do business again with Keramin as they showed a very high level of professionalism/customer service, humanity, and knowledge. A combination of all three is rare in the business world.

After a lot of research both online and in retail stores, we discovered Keramin. We not only needed good materials, but a professional team to install the materials as well as to demolish the existent kitchen floor. At Keramin we found not only exquisite materials for affordable prices, but a professional team which was not pushing us to buy the most expensive things. We choose the materials, got a quotation, verified the quotation with other people and finally signed the contract which involved demolition, garbage collection, and installation. For someone who previously hired contractors, I was impressed by the teams that worked in our house. They were punctual and did their job not only in a timely manner, but professionally throughout. Our porcelain kitchen, hallway and powder room floors are so well installed as another contractor told us that what Keramin did was perfect. The back-splash is amazing as well as the new quartz counter top. People that saw our new kitchen were equally impressed by the quality of materials, workmanship and overall work. Keramin is a company that I would recommend to anyone who plans to renovate and wants top quality materials and professional workmanship for a relatively small budget. Thank you, Keramin.

We did a complete renovation to our house. We hired licensed contractors and had permits for all aspects of the job. Our plumber was licensed and the prep work was completed in order for Keramin to come in and do their job. We purchased the materials from them and hired them to do the installation. From day one, they were not on scheduled, made several excuses as to why they could not come in when they said they would and they sent untrained tile setters who had a severe language barrier in which we were unable to communicate with them. The person in charge, Ron was extremely unprofessional and aggressive with us. Creating a proper slope in the shower was the sole responsibility of the tile setter. They did not do this to both showers which caused us to hire someone else to correct the lack of slope in the master shower. We still have not repaired the slope in the shared bathroom and we are forced to squeegee the water down the drain. The majority of the tiles that were installed by Keramin were uneven, chipped, and incorrectly placed. We terminated the contract with Keramin due to the poor job that was done and the unprofessionalism. We do not want them to rectify the situation because they are not qualified to install tiles, whether it be in the main entrance and especially not in a bathroom. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away unless you want major imperfections and poor tile work.

The service of the installation and the free delivery was excellent. The delivery driver named Daniel was really nice and stacked everything inside the house.

Let down by a tile supplier I was on the hunt for speedy delivery of an alternative tile..... Keramin were brilliant. Prompt responses/ emails/ phone calls and great assistance until the problem was solved....I'll be heading back to Keramin for more tile when I need it!

Keramin fabricated Quartz tabletops for all the restaurant tables in my Yorkville restaurant. Their crew arrived early and were extremely efficient and organized. They cleaned up their work area thoroughly and were very pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend their services! The tabletops are gorgeous!!

after walking into several stores and finally ending up at Keramin, very happy to find tiles that I was looking for. keramin had the best stock selection and customer service was awesome. I ended up short on my purchase and when I needed just a few square foot of tiles, they still gave me promo price that I paid the first time.

Great collection. I am very happy with their customer service. Left over product took return. No hassle. I returned a full box. They will help you to design your area per your requirements. Every customer is special to them, so was I.

My wife and I are happy with both our initial contact with Aaron who gave us an option on material and sink and at the later stage of measuring and installation of the countertop as well as table top. The measuring was done by Danny and he patiently explained how the work will be done. The installation crew was headed by Carlos an excellent and knowledgeable installer who did everything possible to present us with a well completed job.

They screwed up:
- Quoting, quoted on the full job but only performed 75% of the work
- Workmanship, installed chipped tile, left gaps in the grout, didn't seal the grout
- Billing, couldn't even bill us for the correct amount
- Customer Service, rude right from the start, refusing to come and fix the issues we have even though we are within their arbitrary 60 day window since work "completion"
