Great selection of tiles but service could be better

I really liked the tile selection. Unfortunately I miscalculated the number of tiles I needed and had to order more. This order was not delivered on time. Then manager properly apologised so the issue was resolved

Sloppy, irresponsible, bad business

Tile & Stone Contractors review in Vaughan

This business is a small-time garbage. Made me to come to the store twice for nothing after delivery was confirmed! The first time "the truck was delayed", the second time could not find my tiles even though "document were there". Didn't eve bother to apologise. Reaction from the employee: "not my fault..."Their sloppiness has cost me the whole day of work.Would not recommend this store to anyone
