We did a full renovation of our master bathroom. All the plumbing for the shower and floating tub required to be moved to different parts of the bathroom. Tyler did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. Once the new floor and shower tile was in place, DrainPro came back out the next day to complete the final installation of the shower and tub.
I would highly recommend DrainPro (and Tyler) for any plumbing requirements that you have. Great service!!!!!

Drainpro Ottawa, very pleased with their service. Clean, tidy on time and problem fixed . Tim at the office was very helpful and responded quickly.

The underground outlet pipe for our sump pump was blocked, preventing the pump from getting water out of the basement. We needed to know roughly where the pipe was clogged so that we could have repairs done. They helped us with a similar problem last year, which required water-jetting.

Always great service. You have been to my home and office through the years numerous times and I have always been pleased with your work and the people that perform it.

We had a sewer line block on an evening and as I had never hired a plumber in 25 years I took a chance with calling DrainPro. Truth be told they were the only ones opened at 7:30pm and Tim booked me in for the next day. He was very re-assuring that they would get someone out as soon as possible and take care of the problem.

Sure enough next day Matt arrived and quickly found the problem and did not stop until the problem was fully resolved. Matt is super professional and knows exactly what he is doing. As many of the other reviewers noted he leaves the site very tidy. Great communication all throughout the process.

I will surely be using DrainPro again and glad to have found a company that I can trust and rely on. I have already referred them to others in my network. Big thanks to Tim and Matt for taking care of us.
