STAY AWAY!!! A year and a half later and my new garage door has had nothing but problems - it keeps coming off the track, they didn't use long enough screws, they had to build another frame since they didn't measure my door properly to begin with, the metal parts are bending since they don't fit right. I called to have someone take a look and was told there is only a 1 year warranty (my door is only 1 year and 6 months) and now I would have to pay for a service charge if they came. Not worth the price I paid, some days I can't even close my garage door, we have to do it manually. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere!

STAY AWAY! They came and quoted me just over $700 to replace an opener and springs, and I paid half upfront. Said they'd schedule it within a couple of days. Six days later, another person comes to complete the job and presents me with a bill that's more than $300 over the balance. When I complained, I was gruffly told to pay because he had another job scheduled and I could call the office to dispute the charges. I immediately called and explained the situation. They seemed attentive and assured me they would get back to me the following day. You guessed it, no call back and when I call the credit card company they said the vendor had already claimed the full amount right after my complaint call. BEWARE!!!

My garage door broke on the weekend. I searched Homestars and found dormaster as one of the reliable service providers. They sent Sam on Monday. He was amazing. He figured out the problems right away and offered different solutions. He also gave us a better deal on stuff that were required plus three years of warranty on parts that he replaced. Overall the experience was excellent.
