An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We hired Towne Contracting in April 2013 for significant construction work on our kitchen renovation. We had a great experience. They were thorough, timely and professional. I was very comfortable with all the trades they brought into our home. They continually updated us throughout the project and were always easy to access when we had questions. We have hired other contractors in the past but Towne is definitely the contractor we will use for our next renovation.
