Diagnostics are always 120+ tax which is what you paid.

We are still waiting for the part.
We didn't just disappear.

The part is not available yet.

Unfortunately, following Covid a lot of manufacturers are still slow with their parts supply.

If you would like to contact our store, we would be happy to credit you the cost of the diagnostic if you no longer want wait for the part.

I could not agree with you more, Ali and Pete, are both incredible professionals, and amazing humans, and we are extremely lucky to have them as part of our family business.

Did you know that Pete was a licensed installer in the industry for over 30 years?
...and long after he retired, was so frustrated from the poor service he knew our industry offered, that he wanted to start his career again with a company he respected, and had been watching for years to show him how true service was really done, and he chose Convertible.

Due to his age, he is now in Sales only, but does it with the eyes and experience of a licensed technician for decades and we are so thankful he came out of retirement to work for us.
It's a huge compliment to us, and together, we use our knowledge to help our community.
