I was looking to replace the water tank so I reach out to Convertible. Michael was very helpful in explain what water tank is suitable for my need. I decided to go with his recommendation which is the tankless one. The service call was quick and the installation was booked three days after. The installer was very professional. I like they lay cloth on the floor from the front door to the basement to reduce mess or avoid damage. The installation was quick and clean.

When first contact they were knowledgeable and provided the right information in what i was looking for when the installation came, the workers were amazing and very professional they also endure one of the hottest day of the week.

I got three quotes for a heat pump installation for a 3rd floor bedroom and Convertible was not only the most cost effective but were able to book an installer the same week. We have been looking to put AC into our home for a few years now but other companies were always so expensive. We saw an ad and gave a call. To our delight a two ton AC unit was within our budget. We also needed a new thermostat as the one we had was rather old. The reps that came to do the install were great,very efficient and knowledgeable. Those guys were amazing, quick and efficient. Managed to install the AC and also answered all our questions and cleaned up afterwards. The technicians were friendly and completed the job as what have been communicated. Also provided advised when I asked questions.

The replacement of an old AC unit was done in a very professional and timely manner, no negative issue with the install, The AC was turned on and after about 20 minutes the unit stopped working, I called the Service Line and the installer was dispatched and the problem was a blown fuse in AC unit part of furnace.

After getting the runaround from another company, we made a snap decision to go with Convertible, and I couldnt be happier. My AC needed to be replaced with summer coming, and Sam was quick to make sure that would happen for me! Adam and Jeremy were awesome to deal with, quick and efficient. Pricing was awesome, too.
