Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning

This was my first time having to handle the replacement of the A/C unit on my own and I called approximately 5 different companies seeking information and quotes. I ultimately decided to use Convertible Air and Im confident I made the right choice. Michael was very helpful and always available to answer my questions and concerns, and the quote was within my budget. The 2 gentleman who installed the unit were very friendly and professional. They checked and tested that the unit was running properly and left both the inside and outside areas where they worked very clean. It has been about a week and so far no issues.

The company came out to look at an older air conditioner. This is the third time weve used their services and once again, they were exceptional! We highly recommend them.

Kris and his team were great. On time, delivery and no issues. We are now enjoying our new tankless water heater! Definitely recommend!

in 2018 I had a very old furnace replaced with an American Standard, and was happy and satisfied. Left a good review (May 22, 2018) with some minor issues that could have been better.
This time my parents needed a new AC and due to mechanical issues was recommended to replace the 30+ year old Lennox furnace as well. Sales person, Michael was friendly, helpful, explained clearly what the issues were and what he recommends. Worked with me to answer any questions I had.
Installers came on time and worked very neatly. No garbage or dirt left behind. The installation was VERY good. Really took pride when bending and forming the duct work. I really wish installer back in 2018 for my furnace was as good. This installer had the tools, or knowledge of how to use what he has to form, and bend the sheet metal. Color matching caulking outside around the vent pipe and AC lines. Clear caulking was used back in 2018.

Overall very happy, but surprised how different the installations were between mine in 2018 and parents in 2024.

Our 12 year old AC stopped working. Had another company come out to diagnose the problem and they said there was a leak somewhere and it wasn't worth trying to find the leak/repair it.

Called a few companies for quotes for a new AC unit. Chris at Convertible was very friendly and honest without trying to upsell us into replacing the working furnace. Based on the homestar reviews, we decided to go with Convertible. They installed a 3 ton Armstrong Air unit the next day - right before the crazy heat wave. The 2 men that came to do the installation were very professional and did a very clean job.

I had my air conditioning installed in less than 3 hours.Drew the installer was on time and very friendly, he cleaned everything up at a price that can't be beat. I going to recommend them to everyone. Thanks

It was the first hottest week of 2024 when our a/c broke down. The first companies that I called, I felt like they're upselling me. Until I talked to Chris at Convertible. He's so upfront and honest to talk to. He quoted me right on our phone call the best and most affordable unit that I wanted.
Then he scheduled the installation first thing in the morning the next day. Their technicians (Ali and his dad) were great and professional. The job was finished exactly 3hrs as promised. I'll be recommending Convertible Heating and A/C to everyone !
