Hometech Window Corporation

I had their windows installed 8yrs ago , jusr last year they started getting streaks between panes. The original installer was long gone, so I emailed hometech direct and within an hour I got a response. They replaced three window panes within 6 weeks for only a small installation fee. The installer they sent was quick and clean. Its nice to see a company stand behind their product.

mike was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Was provided with multiple options for our front door glass. Glass was in on time, and Mike was able to attend when I was available to complete the install. Highly recommended.

Our newly installed less then a year old very large, expensive Bay Window cracked overnight during the winter. We were so worried we would be in for a fight and out of pocket for the cost of replacing it and be in for an ordeal dealing with insurance etc... However to our surprise within 1 week of our contractor contacting Hometech windows they contacted us and sent a technician out to our house to fully replace the cracked unit with a brand new unit at no cost to us. The technician who did the replacement from Hometech Ted was an absolute pleasure to deal with, fast, polite, and professional. We will 100% be choosing them when we replace our front windows this year. We are very pleased with not only the quality of the windows (we replaced several others that did not have any problems) but also their customer service.

Our windows were installed 5 years ago through Hometech. Recently, the kitchen window parts have damages so can't be closed properly. I contacted Hometech and talked to a lady named Rossana. She quickly took down my home address and sent a technician to fix on the next day. I was impressed - Mike who came to fix my windows was quick, clean and professional. It costs a bit but I am happy with the great service.

I purchased my windows through Hometech Windows about 8 years ago and I was very satisfied with their product and customer service. I recently had a glass break due to weather conditions and contacted Hometech Window for support, I spoke to a lovely lady named Rosie who sent out a technician the following day. The technician I believe his name was Mike then assessed the problem and advised me what would be best long term and within 2 days my glass was replaced and looked better than it did before. Hometech Window did a great job and I would defiantly recommend them to friends and family.

I had all my windows replaced in 2002, however one window began to give me trouble. I called Hometech Window and spoke to Roseanna in the service department. Within 2 days she sent a service rep named Ryan to my home for a small fee to cover travel and labour. He was very professional and clean. He replaced a damaged lock. I love my windows and I would highly recommend this company mainly because of how precessional they handled this situation

I have dealt with the products from Hometech Windows. I have found the product to have an excellent vinyl frame, and the way the windows look almost have a European look. Nice curves on the frame from the glass, where other companies have big square bulky frames. Installation crew came took them 2 days to do the windows including the outside work, and the most impressive thing I saw, they actually vacuumed after themselves. Very nice people to deal with.

Why should someone pay to replace faulty window panes, when 6 years after installation the windows became covered in streaks. The labour should be free. Otherwise, I might as well purchase my windows elsewhere.
