We had old flashing on the house which look terrible. We had Elvis replace it for a very reasonable price. He did a great job, the house look brand new, well at least the exterior of the house does lol. Elvis was very professional, punctual, reliable and does great work. ELVIS BENOIT IS A SPECIAL TYPE OF PERSON- GENUINE, HONEST, HARD WORKING AND REALLY A NICE GUY. NICE YOUNG PEOPLE WORKING FOR HIM TOO. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND DID A PERFECT JOB. I stumbled upon Elvis by chance.

I was just handed a quote of $7000 dollars by a roofing sales person that was replacing my neighbours roof, and he had assured me that I too needed a new roof, urgently. Since my roof still looked good to me, except some parts, I decided to do some research on the net. That is where I found this YouTube channel and this “Mike Holmes” kind of character pointing out all the trouble one can get into by hiring the wrong roofing contractor, to my surprise he was located right here in the GTA. Then I found this very site, full of high praise for Elvis, and my mind was made up.

When Elvis showed up, I knew I had made the right choice, he truly is a professional trades person. I was surprised how fast he had replaced part of the roof and reattached some of the flashing. He assured me that the rest of my roof was still good for a few more years and replacement at this time was out of the question. He also used drop sheets and left everything clean.

Afterwards, I asked him to take a look at my mothers house where a bird had made a hole in here roof.
This man has a heart of gold, he fixed up the hole in her roof and didn't charge a cent, he made my mother's day and mine too.

He's a decent guy and I highly recommend him!
