I contacted Eugene to quote on new railings at my parents home. He responded promptly to measure and provide a quote. He was able and willing to work from a design image that I provided. The railings were installed within the time frame specified. My only concern was that there were a few spots requiring touch up paint, however he was quick to send installers back to rectify. I would say that he provides a quality product in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend his company. Thanks Eugene!

Let me begin by saying, “Working with Art Metal was an absolute pleasure”.
I had my railings fabricated by another company who dropped them off and said they would come back to complete the installation. I waited over 60 days for them to come back only to realize the railings were not the right size and could not be installed. The first company would not take responsibility and refused to remedy the railings. At this point I called Art Metal Workshop and explained my predicament. Even though my job was more of a repair and clearly not a big job, Art Metal still gave me the white glove service. Yevgeniy sent out his crew within the week and had the railings repaired and installed. I liked the fact that Art Metal is computer literate. They asked me to take a photo of the existing railings so they would be able to assess the problem and ensure they would arrive with the appropriate materials. They also emailed me a copy of the invoice and allowed for online payment.

We called Art Metal Workshop & home improvement to install a railing for our front entrance. The railing was installed well and currently functions like it is supposed to. The installation process was quick and painless and the employees were polite, courteous and punctual. Excellent work.

I contacted Art Metal to design and install a custom ironwork awning for my back door leading into the garden. I had seen various ironwork awnings on several trips to Europe and a few in Toronto and described what I was looking for. Art Metal developed a custom and unique design based on my description and a few pictures. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire project right from the very initial meetings to understand my ideas through to design, build and installation. They would allow me to come to the workshop at various stages throughout the build to discuss and view design elements to ensure they were building exactly what I was looking for.
