With three pets and a 7 year old, it didn't take long before our beautiful white wool wall to wall berber was trashed. The previous owners had spared no expense on the bedroom carpet, however they made an unfortunate colour choice with white. We were paying several hundred dollars a year just to keep the carpets looking clean, but they never really felt that way. We decided to try pulling up the carpets in one of the bedrooms to see what was underneath. There was fir under there , but my husband thought the floor was a right off. It was covered in paint, 70 year old underlay glued to the floor and what looked like permanent stains.
We didn't want the floors to look brand new (impossible) but rather refreshed and close in wear and tear to the rest of the fir in the house. Instead of throwing another carpet back down we decided to look into a lower cost, and less mess approach to floor refreshing. After seeing reviews of Mr. Sandless on Homestars we gave Ryan a call. He did an amazing job! He had the floors looking clean, and refreshed in just one day with no odour or mess, and my daughter was sleeping in her room the same night. We have since pulled the carpet in another bedroom and plan on calling Ryan and having him back to work his magic. I highly recommend this service.
Besides doing a great job, he was also very professional in his approach and demeanour which made having someone in your house for a day feel very low profile.
