Starlane Homes

This is our 4th home and FIRST - LAST with Starlane. I have never encountered anything like that with Silvestri, Mattamy and Tobyn. Completing the deficiencies at 30 day mark has been a nightmare and a reality check still in process since march- on the type of customer service they provide and the contractors they use.

This builder has Great quality and accurate delivery time. I was impressed with the overall workmanship. Good service after delivery. I would recommend prospective purchasers to starlane! The home was purchased in Aurora, Ontario.

At their deco centre, They charge A LOT more than other builders for simple upgrades such as pot lights, door nobs, not to mention the luxury upgrades, and their standards are so outdated that you almost need to upgrade everything. This is my first time buying from builder. When dealing with issues or confussions, they said "you should've known", they don't care about customer care at all. My house is not even finished yet, and I am concern about the quality and future inspection. I will not deal with them again.

Bought a home through Starlane homes and have great service. A few unfinished items, but listed them on the 30-Day inspection list. Home Decor people were great! They were very helpful in picking out our interior and could see the look we were trying to attain. Loved the final look!

Warning read all fine print and examine all upgrade availabilities and costs before doing business with this builder. My Home is not even completed but already I am extreemley disapointed with their customer service, selection of materials and willingness to work with their customers. Upgrade costs are 500% of after market upgrades. Only saving grace to earn (1 point) was their house design.

Extremely poor customer service, they are out to get your money! Unbelieveable attitude problem!

The seller agent and people working at back office really need a public relation course.

From start to end, continous headaches! Will never deal with them again!

We are satisfied with the house main structure build, but we have some concerns with service provided to fix deficiencies. It is very slow as we live here 6 months already and still waiting for repairs to be done.

The customer service was very helpful and took the time to explain everything. The serviceman were exceptional and always on time. I would highly recommend this builder to any new home buyers.
