Employed 416-SO-CLEAN to clean our livingroom, dining room,& hallway & bedroom carpets,& a sofa, love seat & chair.Would highly recommend this company to everyone. They were early to start the job,& worked efficiently . The results were fantastic. They also did a terrific clean up of baseboards etc. when they were done. Adel came back on his own, to tend to a spot that needed extra care.They are excellent. Debbie & Kathy in Claremont!!

Adel did a great job taking the stain out of my sister n'law couch. The kids accidentally marked her white couch with a permanent marker. Adel was very efficient. I called him Friday morning, and he managed to find a time on his busy schedule to see my sister n'law later that day. Thanks again Adel for taking the stress out of our lives. I highly recommend 416-so-clean. They cleaned our 15 year old carpets that had never been cleaned before and removed all of the stains and made them look almost like new. Everyone with the company was very professional - showed up on time and did a very thorough job.

I contacted Adel via email asking if he could clean my carpets the following day, within an hour I received a response stating it would be no problem. Adel arrived prior to the appointment and gave us an estimate which could not be refused. The service, knowledge and job was out of this world. My carpets were disgusting prior to Adel coming in and by the time he had finished I can honestly say it looks brand new, he takes his time to ensure the job is done correctly. As others have stated Adel did state that stains may appear and if so he would return. I can happily say the stains did not reappear. My carpet looks new and smells great. Thank you so much Adel, I will highly recommend your company to friends and neighbours. No longer will I ever rent a cleaning machine from Home Depot.

I called 416-So-Clean after our washing machine caused a flood over our new basement carpet (that had been put down only 2 days before). There were water marks on the carpet that needed to be removed and we had a tight timeline to get the job done. 416-So-Clean responded quickly, removed the stains and transformed the carpet back to its original state. After seeing my neighbours carpet go from "need to be ripped out" to looking brand new, I had to give 416-so-clean a try. As a Mum of 2 babies, I had no time to rent a machine and get this done... I called them up and made an appointment - that was convinent for ME! They arrive ON TIME! And were professional and knowledgable and answered all my questions. I was told it would take approx 1.5 - 2 hours... they were done in about an hour - the stains were all gone. They told me that some may come back - the next day 2 stains reappeared. Adel called me up on and came by and fixed them - they haven't appeared again. I would recommend this company to anyone! Fast, professional, knowledgable and best of all - AWESOME customer service. Many other places can do the same job, but the customer service from everyone there would make me want to stain my carpets again, just to have to deal with them over and over. What you don't want to do is spill a large mug of coffee on a cream - coloured wool carpet. After trying a few products myself, I soon learned that stains on pure wool are very difficult, if not impossible, to remove. 416- So- Clean said they would try their best, but there was no guarantee. I dealt with Matthew who is professional, knowledgeable and got the job done. ...the carpet is now back to its pristine condition. This is a top-notch company: you can expect punctuality, follow-up calls and a second visit if necessary.

I had to arrange for carpet cleaning from afar as my home is currently tenanted. Adel was truly exceptional in responding to my inquiry, giving me an estimate immediately and coordinating a service schedule with the tenants. My tenants have very high standards for cleanliness and they were very happy with the results.
