I've never had my condo professionally cleaned before but I thought it would be a good idea to have a thorough cleaning this summer. I found New Century Maids on HomeStars along with a couple other reputable businesses (based on reviews). New Century was the only one that was able to come on short notice (inquired on Friday, service performed on Monday).
I didn't what to expect but I came home after work on Monday to find a spotless condo. Things I didn't know could be cleaned were cleaned, items were packed neatly in draws and cupboards, bed was made, etc.
I must also commend the management team receiving emails and calls as they were very efficient in responding to my request for setting up the appointment. The day of, I was also updated to the status of the cleaning and consulted when any questions came up from the cleaning crew.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with New Century Maids and would recommend to anyone else looking for a deep cleaning of their home. Now I'm considering making this a regular monthly service.
