After receiving in home estimates from a few different retailers and local installers, it became very apparent that Victorious Carpet was hands down the best choice we could have made. Mark made the process easy for us. He answered every question I had, provided tips and was quick to dispell myths I may have heard. Truly a stand-up guy in his trade. The carpet quality was excellent and the install was surprisingly completed in a day. My hats off to Ramsey, Marks lead. He worked hard on countless open stairs and did not sacrifice one ounce of quality in his workmanship in what turned out to be a very long day for him.

We recently renovated our basement, and needed to carpet two rooms. We initially contacted Mark because of the strength of his reviews on Homestars. We were very impressed with Mark's quick response, his willingness to come and see us, and his knowledge of what would be the best options for our basement (which already had tiles laid down). We were under some time pressure as the birth of our first child was fast approaching, but Mark was able to arrange to get the job done in time, and was willing to change things at short notice should that have proved necessary. Al did a great job on the installation, and the basement looks great! We would definitely use Mark again for any future carpeting/flooring decisions.

Mark was incredibly professional from the very first phone call. He came in with samples and gave me a quote which turned out to be exactly what I paid by the time they were finished. No pressure, no typical salesmen tactics, just easy to understand explanation of everything that would be done. The carpet even came in earlier than expected so the job got bumped up and finished weeks early. The guys that did the install were fantastic, easy going and turned out to be locals that could give me some good restaurants to try in my new neighbourhood. I've already recommended Victorious to my family members, friends and business associates and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Excellent customer service from Mark and his staff from start to finish. The work was done on time, professionally, including cleanup and disposal of the old carpet. Mark is very knowledgable and took the time to explain the numerous options and materials. He made a point of coming to the job site to check on the progress of the installation, and followed up thoroughly to ensure we were satisfied. He even arranged to have our leftover new carpeting bound by the factory to use as rugs, for no extra cost, and delivered them personally. We would recommend Mark without hesitation, and we will call him again when we need a new kitchen or hardwood floor!

Mark and his staff were courteous, prompt and very professional in the work they did for us. It wasn’t a big carpet stretching job but it involved several doorways and hallway. After giving us an initial “ball park” quote over the phone of $400 without having seen the job, the technician who did the work reduced it to only $300. We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the end result as well.

Mark is a very passionate person about his business, he is up front what he can and cannot do and lays out all of cards on the table - no surprise or hidden charges. He itemizes his quote so you know exactly what each part is costing you (so you can comparison shop). He also came by a few days before the installation to confirm our carpet choice and details - very nice!

We chose a Berber carpet, and the 10mm gold underpand. At first, the price as $6100, which was over our budget but we accepted the price. Mark called to tell us that his supplier reduced the price of the carpet and that we would be passing along the sames and thus we saw a nice price reduction of almost $500! Very nice! He didn't have to do that - could have pocketed the difference himself, but it shows his strength of character.

Our office carpeting was in need of repairs -- some areas were torn due to wear and others the seams had split. I found Victorious via web search, and was delighted with the prompt response to my query. They reviewed the areas needing work, using digital photos.
