Because of the need for a new drain in our finished basement, the carpet was cut in two places and peeled back along with the underpad. After sending pictures to Mark at Victorious Carpet he assured us they could handle the repair, but in all likelihood seams would be visible where it had been cut. Mark was very accommodating as I had to change the date the day before Victorious was scheduled. Jason & Ian did an amazing job; they arrived when they said they would, brought their equipment in and out of the house quietly and efficiently and no seams were visible. Our carpet looks great! I highly recommend Victorious Carpet.

Great customer service and smooth installation

Mark and Jason were a pleasure to deal with. Mark provided a home visit and estimate quickly and provided the extra guidance I needed to make a final decision about choosing the best carpet for the stairs and floor to finish our basement renovation. On the morning of the installation, Jason called ahead of time to give a heads-up on his arrival time. He was polite and careful. He even gave me a warning when things were going to get noisy in case I wanted to move to another area of the house.

A pleasant surprise ... as the installation was proceeding, Mark called to inform me that one item on the original estimate wouldn't be needed, so the final cost was decreased. I would definitely recommend Mark & Victorious Carpet.

I had several ripples in my wall-to-wall carpet. Mark dropped by to have a look and gave us an estimate that included moving some furniture as well as stretching out the ripples. The carpet technicians were very pleasant and were very careful when moving our furniture. The work was done quickly, and the workers vacuumed the entire carpet afterwards - no residue was left behind. The carpet looks great - smooth as the day it was originally laid down. I would definitely recommend Victorious Carpet.
