I am so glad that I found Victorious Carpet. Mark is very professional and pleasant to deal with. He had great advice for carpet selection and installation and came in at a very good price. He was very accommodating with our needs to have the carpet installed at various stages due to our renovation. His team of installers are also great!! I would not hesitate to call Mark again for any carpeting needs. We are so happy with the product, the service and the installation. Great job thru and thru!!

Carpet stretching

Thanks to Mark and his team, our 15 year old carpeting in the upper hallway that we hated from the rippling and poor finishing after a reno and were ready to replace, looks freshly laid again. I never knew carpet stretching was an option. This option was a great solutiom and saved us from having to replace the carpet entirely. Thanks for your professionalism guys, you deserve the great reviews you have!

Carpet for stairs

Needed new carpet for the stairs and after some research I found 2 companies that I requested quotes from.
Without doubt Victorious Carpet was the winner and price had nothing to do with the decision, though it was very reasonable. It was Mark that won us.
Mark came out to see us, answered all of our questions, LISTENED to what we wanted and showed us great samples. He was quick to provide a quote, and followed up with us at every step of the process. The day of install the gentlemen showed up on time, with a phone call ahead of their arrival.
They worked quickly and very neatly. We were very impressed with the job they did, and we were very pleased at how polite they were. Thank you Jason and Ian!

Another excellent experience

We used Victorious Carpet last December to replace the carpet in our living room. We were impressed with Mark Aydin's professionalism during the pre-install sales. He came to our house and did all the measurements and brought samples and made recommendations. He didn't try to upsell us on more expensive carpet that was outside our budget. HIs installers were excellent, very professional and did top notch work. We were so pleased, 6 months later we just had them back to replace the carpet in 2 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. Once again, another fantastic job done. Mark returned and to ensure things were the same from when he provided a quote for this job, months earlier. His install team did another fantastic job, led by Jason. They were very professional, efficient, courteous. Jason noticed a edge threshold that would have resulted in the carpet not being flush with transition piece so he asked my permission to remove it. His recommendation was spot on, the carpet transitioned flush to the tile in the adjacent room.

I can't say enough about Victorious Carpet and Flooring. Fantastic work at competitive prices. The entire purchase and install experience was stress free and that really means a lot especially in these times.

Reinstall carpet in basement

After 64' of the main sewer line was excavated and replaced in our basement, we were left with carpeting that required reinstallation. Mark's response to my HomeStars request was prompt, courteous and very professional. He provided an estimate based on photos I submitted and scheduled the work to be completed within the week. The technicians were equally prompt, courteous and professional. We're very happy with the results and would highly recommend Victorious Carpet.

Marc came in took detailed measurements went over the various products and gave us a detailed, fair quote for the job. Jason and his crew arrived on the prearranged installation date and started the job. Jason was friendly and asked questions about the installation that Mark would not have seen. We also purchased industrial grade doormat material that Jason fitted to our oddly shaped tiled front hall! The job was completed in one day and we were extremely happy with the job. Marc, Jason and crew were a pleasure to work with.
