A very good company, reliable. I have no complaints. I would refer this company to other, the service is excellent. Installed my furnace several years ago and have since installed a humidifier. Regularly use their services. I recommend this company for anyone.

Martin&Matt did a great job. I've never had this done before, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The technicians were on time, explained everything thoroughly, and were quick and efficient. The appointment was easy to set up and they got me on the schedule right away. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend Ardent if you are looking for duct cleaning!

Water was leaking all over the floor in my basement. I noticed it dribbling down the side of the fixture overtop of my furnace when the air conditioner was on. Ardent had put in the furnace and so I called them, even though the Air Conditioner came with the house and wasn't their job. Anyway, the man came, and he was the same guy who sold us the furnace. He checked out the issue, answered all my questions, explained how the technology worked so I could identify and fix it myself later, fixed it quickly and charged me nothing. Very positive experience!

Of course the ac didn't want to function during a heat wave in Barrie! Called Ardent, they were able to have a service technician (Jason) at the house that same morning. Jason performed the work thoroughly, competently and in a very professional manner. I have since called Ardent for furnace servicing at another location and look forward to the same excellent service as I experienced the first time.

Had my furnace fan cease up and my AC would not work. We were right in the middle of a heat wave. Called 3 contractors and only Ardent could respond same day. Took my fan out and replaced it next day. Great service and they do what they say they will do. Also, Jason appeared very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend this company.

Cleaning went well but the end result was a loud rattling noise coming from the furnace. Had the techs come back the next day to fix the noise and once they narrowed down the issue the response was "it's an old oil furnace and we don't service oil furnaces any more." So now I'm stuck searching for an oil furnace repair company. Thanks for nothing.

Hello Drew, I did take the time to address your concern but I the end the fact that we were only hired to clean your Duct system, The tech's did not touch the furnace at all because it was an oil furnace and our company has never ever worked on or claimed to work on oil furnaces which the techs politely expressed to you.

The Tech's also noted to you that the problem was nothing that our company could have done because all the work we do in a duct cleaning is away from the furnace.
I am Sorry you feel the way you do but think the low rating was a unfair as this is the first time ever getting a complaint about our duct cleaning and we have thousands of happy customers that we have done duct cleanings for over the years.
When we had a company meeting with the tech's they said that it is a very old furnace so its going to be noisy and prone to break down and also could have just been a mere coincidence.
I hope this helps you understand a bit better.

Preparing the house to move, so stress levels are high to begin with. I woke up to a cold house, called for service, spoke to a friendly young lady. She set the appointment for the same day. The serviceman Brandon was courteous, punctual, and more than efficient. He fixed the problem and had the heat running in no time! And the price was right!!!
