Ardent Heating & Air Conditioning

I would like to tell you about an amazing experience we had in dealing with Ardent Heating and Air Conditioning. Last January we had them install a Amana high efficiency furnace. All their staff including Sheila, Jason Matt and Tim were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Now fast forward to a couple of weeks ago we tried turning on the heat for the first time this fall and the furnace was blowing cold air. I called Ardent and talked to Leanne from the front office. She was very helpful and kept me calm in what could have been a stressful time for us. She called me back saying that Matt the technician will be at our house within few minutes. He was able to determine the thermostat was faulty and he switched it out for us. Matt delivered amazing customer service and was able to answer all my questions in a professional and understanding way. Again I cannot say enough great things about this company and we are certainly glad they are looking after all our heating and air conditioning needs.

Jason Edwards of Ardent Heating Barrie, installed a Rinnai tankless water
heater and water softener unit into our small laundry room ( Sept, 7, 2015)
The area we live in has very hard water.

Subsequent to Jason's initial site visit we were most impressed with his
knowledge and attention to detail. He suggested which Rinnai unit was
adequate for our needs, along with the alterations required by code for Gas,
water, exhaust lines and tank location. Added to the installation issues was
our need to keep the entire set up accessible, yet compact enough to create
more room within a small space.

Jason and his crew arrived early and ensured drop clothes were down before
commencing. They were knowledgeable and friendly and sought our input at
progressive stages of the install. The crew worked right through the day
until completion at 4:30 pm where up they did a good clean up and removed
the old units.

I am a retired contractor experienced with renovations and can say that
Ardent Heating had carefully thought through the installation, because I did
not consider it to be a straight forward task. Ardent did an excellant job

My house was heated using electric base board heating. Ardent heating installed a furnace and air conditioning unit. Also was able to install ducting through out my entire 2 story house and get vents everywhere I wanted them plus more. This is not and easy job on a house that was never designed to have ducted work. Minimal bulk heads and damage to wall etc. The service was very friendly, they know their stuff, and Jason is very honest and to the point. No trying to sell you more then what you need. The other guys on the crew were great to. I had no issues with the entire conversion. Would definitely recommend these guys. No messin around, in, get the work done, here's my number call me anytime.

I was able to book a cleaning within 24 hours after moving into our new home. Tim and Matt were professional and thorough, and I was very pleased with the job they did. 10/10 would hire again.

We had just moved in to our house earlier in the year and we were enjoying our first Christmas with our 2 month old baby and my wife's parents. Suddenly the furnace started making very strange noises and eventually an alarming buzz sound. After trying a few different companies I reached Jason with Ardent. He was sympathetic and was eager to help. We were so impressed when he came out to the house shortly after the phone call ... on Christmas Day no less! In no time he had diagnosed the issue and had numerous temporary space heaters installed. With my wife, her parents and our baby moving all the essentials into the heated rooms I booked a furnace replacement for a few days later. I had just purchased a home and reqwuired a new furnce. I called a few companies but Ardent heating was quick to respond. The 2 technicians were very proffessional and took the time to explain everything to me. Neat and tidy as well. What really impressed me was I called because I thought there was an issue with the furnace. Turns out it was a switch that I had turned off. There was a technician here within 10 min of my call. We had Ardent out to check out our Air Conditioner. We never had it serviced since we got our house 2 years ago. They performed thorough analysis of the Air Conditioner making sure it is working perfectly to battle the heat this summer. Their service was nothing short of exceptional. Another great service... A few weeks back we had Ardent heating perform a furnace cleaning, the experience was wonderful, I had called 6 different companies to do some price comparisons on what I was paying for and what was the process of a basic cleaning was the receptionist at Ardents was the only one that could answer all of my questions and actually sounded like she cared about my needs and my wants, Shawna was very sweet and even thanked me for choosing Ardents, My furnace cleaning was booked for the next day 2 service technicians came to my house and they where ON TIME!! they were scheduled to arrive between 12-3 and they where there at 12:10 I was so impressed, Tim and Rob put on there paper booties while in my house, they were very polite and very informative, they did a great job , this was my first time using Ardent and I will use them again !!
