Toy Box Garage

When I signed the contract with ToyBox garage in May 2012, I was assured that the garage would be built by August 2012. It is October 2012 now and all they've got done is the concrete pad and basic strucutre. There is no sidings, no window, no garage door.
I am severely disappointed in this company's work (or lack of work) and would not recommend ToyBox Garage to anyone

The main problem is that they don't return calls (from months to years) and promise they will. I have been promised repair work on concrete deficiencies for two years now and the best I've received are empty promises. I'm not sure if they just over commit and can't get to anything (yet say they will) or if they simply choose to ignore customers.

The guy who used to do their concrete work (who did my slab two years ago) did a poor job on a few things:
1. joint between stub wall and slab leaks (guaranteed by him it wouldn't)
2. finish on one wall full of holes (admitted inexperience guy did vibrating)
3. parts of slab spalling.

After many calls I finally got a visit from Jason who's crew did the work and he promised to fix these problems. That was the summer of 2011 and that was the last I heard of him.

I've had dozens of calls to the company and sent them copies of my invoices. Out of that I only had two conversations where they said they would look into it. Then complete silence.

Not sure what to do now. They all seem friendly and helpful when I finally talk to them, but the lack of follow-up and service is appalling.
Go with someone who actually knows concrete work and is capable of providing customer service; not these guys.

Overall very good structurally....so far; however they didn't do the paperwork properly and we almost had to take it down. They took a very long time to tell us that they didn't have the proper permits in place, leaving us wondering what was going on for over a month. They NEVER answer the phone; and take forever (if at all) to return calls. Not impressed with the lack of customer service. They really need to adjust their business practices, level of professionalism and organizational skills in order to run a successful company. Which is a shame since they do build a very nice product.

our garage took over 10 months to complete. communication was non exisistant. Ruined our summer! our yard is a mess as there was no time to re landscape before the snow started. Still dealing with issues in regards to some lighting problems. It was very stressful!!! I Would never recommend this company just because of their careless disregard of their customers concerns.

It took 4 month to build a standard doulbe garage. No one paick up the phone during the construction. It was very stressful situation and ruined my whole summer. Not recommend.

They built such a great garage for us, we were so happy with the final project.
They were so easy to deal with and we didn't have any problems during our whole experience with them.
