Gar Con Building Group Ltd No Longer In Business

I called garcon to price our renovation and addition based on my desginers receomendation. we received their quote within a couple of days. we hired them to do the work and are very happy that we did. everything turned out great, and there were no suprises to the quote like adam reassured us about. the quality was great, and all the workers were polite and very easy to deal with. we are very happy that we used garcon for this project.

We recently hired GarCon Building Group to do a second floor addition to our older bungalow, and also to build us a 2 level rear deck. Steve and I were both very pleased with the way Adam had presented himself and his company. He emailed us our quote within a couple days of our initial consult as he had promised. We hired them to do the work and set a start date. The project was completed in a timely fashion and we were not charged anything extra for what was already included in his quote. We only paid for those items which we added to his scope of work. The trades people all took great care and respect of our home, and we very polite to myself and the entire family. The final product looks amazing and we are very thrilled with both our new home and with the job garcon did for us. Very happy customers all around.

GarCon finished a complete renovation to our 2 storey Victorian home. Their quote was well prepared and the price is about what we were expecting to pay. The entire crew were great to work with and they all did a wonderful job. Ross and Larry were always responsive to our questions and concerns and often emails were answered within a matter of minutes. We hope to be able to use these guys again soon one day. Thanks GarCon.

We called adam to come price our reno and addition on our architects recommendation. The price we got from GarCon was very detailed and concise. All our other quotes were pretty vague and left us wondering what was actually included in the price. We checked garcons reviews on homestars and we're very impressed. They started the job when they said they would and finished almost on schedule. We didn't mind the extra delay cuz we knew things were being done well. The job was very successful and are very hope with our updated home. They gutted and renovated our current 1400 sq ft house and we added on another 1200 sq ft. The house is beautiful and our family is very happy living in the house. I would definitely recommend GarCon to my family and friends.

We just finished our second floor addition using garcon as our contractor. We were very pleased with their service and quality. We added 3 new bedroom, 1 full bath, and 1 jack and jill washroom for 2 of the bedrooms to share. The project turned out exactly how we had envisioned it. The entire group were great to work with and we enjoyed our construction experience with them.

The final project was met with our satisfaction but at times I felt like I was the project manager. Through no fault of Garçon, they "lost" both their project managers during our renovation and I felt that at times I had to be supervising what went on. The opening for our skylight was put in the wrong place, but I was home and had it corrected. The workers were polite and respectful, they always did a thorough clean-up. Deficiencies were sent by photos on cel. Phone and this eliminated the need for lengthy explanations. E-mail is the best way to communicate with Adam as he answers your queries immediately. We have had many compliments from visitors on the new entrance and we are finally happy to see the work completed.
