garcon did some renovation in our home a few months back. they were clean, on time and very patient with us. a company like this is hard to come by. we enjoyed working with adam and his team. we are very happy with how the project turned out and are enjoying our new space.

our architect gave the drawings to garcon to quote. all the prices we got back from the other contractors were way out of our price range. Adam worked with us to make the project financially viable for us. he took the time to explain all our options as well as all the pros and cons. we went with adam and his team and they took great care to avoid any unforeseen costs. some few things did come up, but they were unavoidable. all in all a great group to work with.

garcon gutted our main and second floor and we did a complete renovation to the floors, including our washrooms and second floor laundry. they were on time and courteous. they take great pride in their work and it shows. they dont take shortcuts. very pleased with our decision to hire them. call these guys first. you will also be impressed!

this past year we hired garcon to do a renovation on our home. the reno included a new kitchen, basement renovation, and 2 washrooms. the work was done on time and we were very happy with the overall job that they did for us.

Garcon turned our bungalow into a two-storey masterpiece. we needed a bigger living area on our main floor so we decided to add a 2nd storey for the bedrooms and leave the main floor open concept. after receiving a few estimates we decided on Garcon we felt Adam's estimate was the most detailed and to the point. in the end he was not far off and our home looks amazing. Excellent team to work with, deadlines were met and so were expectations. the attention to detail is amazing and the finished product was perfection. Had we known we would have done this sooner.

we had garcon complete a second story addition to our new home, and renovate the main floor also. we were very happy dealing with Adam throughout the process and found him very easy to talk to. he answered all of our questions and concerns very promptly. the job was a success and we couldn't be happier. thank you adam and the whole garcon team.

garcon dug down our basement an extra 2 feet to give us the much needed extra head space. we finished the basement with a play area, guest room and new full washroom. the kids are very happy in their new play area. the job was very well done, and was completed on time and on budget. very happy with the garcon service.

garcon completed a 2 story rear addition on our home this year. we enjoyed dealing with all their staff and trades people. the project had turned out just as we thought it would, and we are enjoying all of our new space now. We would definitely call adam again to price any future work we may have.
