Adam and Garcon gave me a very detailed quote that listed exactly what they were going to do. They repaired the damage and cleaned up each night despite the fact we were still using the bedroom. They did a great job and it looks like new. Thank you.

Prior to moving into our home, we had various types of jobs that needed to be taken care of. I have been a property owner a few times before, and have always found my own companies to take care of these type jobs. Being new to Toronto, I decided to find a general contractor to help. Garcon was the only contractor who was able to put all of these jobs together for me in a timely manner. Most of the contractors I spoke with were not interested in the smaller things I needed to do.

I was very pleased with the price and the quality of the work. My home and property was left clean and tidy after each day, and progress was clearly visible. Garcon was also very accurate on their project timing, and when they hit snags, there were able to provide logical solutions and acted on them quickly.

I highly recommend Garcon and will be using them for future renovations. They take care of the big jobs and also take care of the smaller ones.

Just want to let you know that GARCON Building Group satisfied all the criteria that was established fot this home renovation in an exemplary manner.These criteria included: keeping costs within the estimate projected, timeliness of the project, standard and skill of trades poeple and Adam's complete involvement and care throughout the renovation. He did what he said tiem and time again. We never experience any problems to the point that we did not understand our friend's questioning, "if our renovation was a nightmare." It was actually a wonderful experience and we recommend this company to all our friends. Thank you for making this our home.

I have a fair bit of construction experience and am VERY picky. I met with 8 contractors before deciding on GARCON. Garcon came recommended from a few close friends of ours and Adam and his crew were a pleasure to deal with from our first meeting. My wife and I are extremely happy we chose them and look forward to any opportunity to refer them on. We also can't wait to use them for our next project.

GARCON added a 200sqft addition to the 2nd floor of our house. This included a walk in closet and beautiful bathroom with spa shower/steam room. They also completely gutted and renovated our existing bathroom.
At our first meeting Adam looked at our plans, asked all the right questions and made many useful suggestions. In 2 days he provided an extremely detailed quote that left absolutely nothing to chance. His price was similar to others I had received but his included far more detail and was clearly to a higher standard of construction. In the end, Adam's team did EXACTLY what was expected and more. Adam was constantly available and more than happy to discuss any issues that arose. He was exceedingly positive even as we changed details in mid-construction. His crew was polite and attentive to the needs of our family that were still living in the house. In the end, GARCON finished the job on time and for the exact price quoted. From my other projects I know that what you see at first is not was you get in the end. Often details you expect are not included and added at the end to what you thought was an all-inclusive quote. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH GARCON. They were reliable and conscientious and truly made it seem like their job was to do good work and make the customer happy. A true pleasure. There are very few people I recommend as highly as Adam and his crew at GARCON. I am confident you will enjoy working with him and very happy with the work done!

***Update***
Adam Gardin of Garcon Building Group built us a beautiful 2nd story addition 6 months ago (see earlier review). We were extremely happy with him, his company and his work. A few weeks ago, we noticed the new evestrough downspout was funneling water into our neighbours property. I sent Adam a text message and his immediate response was "No problem, I'll take care of it". In a matter of days, his people were out here re-installing and re-directing the downspout. Likely not a big job but again a pleasure to deal with and obviously a company that stands behind their work!! Highly recommended.

GarCon team were very helpful and curtious. I was very pleased with the work. The quality of the work was top notch and looked great. I would definitely refer them.

We purchased a new home from another builder, and moved in before it was finished. To make a long story short, we were left with a 90% finished home and a very bitter taste in our mouths.

Enter Adam and GarCon, who from the very beginning were extremely helpful, honest, and dependable in every way. Meeting always happened when they were scheduled, jobs were always on time, and work was always done with a pleasant smile and great attention to detail. There was never a mess left behind. Adam and his workers went out of their way to ensure we were completely happy with every aspect of the work being done, even it it meant starting all over again.

Adam is a diamond in the ruff when it comes to contractors. We learned the hard way that honesty, integrity, and dependability are hard to find in this industry. Garcon Building Group is an excellent company to work with. They
are very professional and leave the site neat and clean after each
day's work. Their workers are neat, clean, polite and beyond
helpful. I was very, very pleased with our "new" bathroom and

Our experience with GarCon Construction has been excellent. We engaged in intense renovations requiring framing, roofing, structural and design expertise. In all areas, Adam and his crew were proffesional and knowledgeable. The work was initiated when promised and crews were at work on a daily basis until the job was complete. Beyond our satisfaction in a job well done, we came away with a proven belief that Garcon would stand behind their work. We have used GarCon on a series of projects and have always been pleased with both the process and the outcome.

We bought our first home (an older bungalow) and used Garcon to upgrade/renovate the house. They were very efficient and got the many jobs done on schedule. Their timeliness did not take away from the quality of their work at all. In fact, the crew had a keen eye for detail, making sure the work was not only done correctly but also pleasing to the eye when finished.

GarCon Group did a renovation of our basement, installing a washroom and bedroom.
Their work was done promptly and with attention to detail, and at the end of each day the site was left spotless of dust and debris.
The staff, and Adam, were friendly and professional – and the finished product was exactly what we wanted.
