Very happy with our new patio door. Paul was very professional. Would definately recommend Centra to our friends. Now we have to upgrade our windows to make them look as good as our new patio door!

Great product and a very efficient installation. Mike and Tyler installed the windows and they did a great job with real attention to detail and with an obvious pride in their work.

Al came to our house in March and was so wonderful. He was professional & knowledgeable and had the product right there with him to show and let us touch it. We were sold on the product as well as the service. Brad McEuen and Beau Blunden were the installers. Both were great! The first thing they took out of their truck was a garbage can and shop vac. This was pretty impressive since the last contractors left quite a mess in our home. My husband was impressed at the care they took to ensure that everything in our home was left the way it was when they came in. When I got home the first day the only way I knew they were there was that there was new windows in and their shop vac was tucked up in a corner out of the way. Both Brad and Beau were professional and friendly and when we found a slight problem with one of the windows, Brad was right out there and fixed it. I can't say enough for the professionalism of these two men as well as the owner Al. I have recommended them to both family and friends as they are definately a company I'd use again.

I had Jason North and Clinton Kramer working at my house to install windows. I am very happy with the final product. The windows were installed fast, the house was left clean. When I had questions the guys were very knowledgeable and willing to explain my concerns. They were professional and did good quality job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contracted Centra to replace some (20+) of the sealed units in my home.
The estimator was polite and efficient, and gave me a copy of the measurements he took.
While Centra clearly has a good reputation on Homesmart and other sources, it seems like some things may have changed recently.
It required 4 installation visits to get the installation job finished and that was caused by:
1. Incorrectly manufactured units. Wrong grid-work.
2. Units manufactured wrong sizes
3. Units missing from the delivery. Not shipped or not
manufactured at all.
4. Units broken during installation and needing to be re-done.
5. Miss-communicated appointment times causing further delays and annoyance.
6. 10 day waits (approx) between each problem discovery and repair action.
I might even chalk all this up to a onetime problem, except that my neighbour was having similar work done at the same time and experienced some of the same problems (miss-manufactured units several times) with a different estimator and different install crew.
The job eventually got done correctly, but during the process and all the delays not one of the customer “service” personnel called to do anything except schedule the next visit.

From the beginning, Centra was a pleasure. Carley in the office, Robin with the estimate and preparing installation. Shaun, Kyle & Justin did a fabulous job installing & removing all the windows. They were punctual, tidy & professional. An overall great experience.

We just wanted to say a BIG thank you to the entire Centra Team - Jeramy Smith (sales), Kristian, and Shayne (installers) - for the sale and installation of our 3 brand new doors! Not only were Shayne, Kristian, and Jeramy all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, but also, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end results. Jeramy happily took the time to answer all of our questions, and we really appreciated his patience and thoroughness. We also couldn't have asked for a better pair of installers; Kristian and Shayne made sure everything was cleaned up, and their attention to detail was impeccable. They definitely worked tirelessly to get 3 doors done in a day: efficient and hardworking! As for the doors themselves, simply put, excellent quality at a fair and competitive pricing! We would recommend Centra for doors and windows (we had Centra do our windows 2 years ago!) to anyone and everyone. Quality service + quality products = EXCELLENCE and HAPPY CUSTOMERS.
